What is claimed is: 1. A pump apparatus, comprising: a pump configured for moving air; a housing supporting the pump; an air output in communication with the pump; a power cord connected to the pump for providing electrical power to the pump; and a standing base on a first end of the housing configured to support the pump apparatus in a standing configuration and a base mount configured for receiving and supporting at least a portion of the power cord wrapped around the base mount, and wherein the standing base comprises at least three identical legs for supporting the pump apparatus in the standing configuration. 2. The pump apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the base mount has a smaller peripheral dimension than at least one of the first end of the housing or the standing base, such that the power cord wrapped around the base mount is supported by at least one of the first end of the housing or the standing base. 3. The pump apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the base mount has a smaller peripheral dimension than the first end of the housing and the standing base, such that the power cord wrapped around the base mount is supported between the first end of the housing and the standing base. 4. The pump apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the standing base comprises a discontinuous structure. 5. The pump apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the three legs curve radially outward. 6. The pump apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the legs are constructed out of a plastic material. 7. The pump apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the standing base comprises a first end where the standing base is coupled to the first end of the housing and bottom surface opposite the first end on which the pump apparatus rests when in the standing configuration, and wherein the first end and the bottom surface are spaced apart by the base mount. 8. The pump apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising an attachment mechanism for attaching the pump apparatus to a structure. 9. The pump apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the attachment mechanism is a carabiner clip. 10. A pump apparatus, comprising: a pump configured for moving air; a housing supporting the pump; an air output in communication with the pump; a power cord connected to the pump for providing electrical power to the pump; and a base mount coupled to a first end of the housing, the base mount configured for receiving and supporting at least a portion of the power cord wrapped around the base mount, and wherein the base mount comprises at least three identical sections coupled to the first end of the housing. 11. The pump apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the base mount comprises a first end where the base mount is coupled to the first end of the housing and a bottom surface spaced from the first portion, and wherein the first end and the bottom surface are spaced apart by an intermediate portion. 12. The pump apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the intermediate portion has a smaller peripheral dimension than at least one of the first end of the base mount or the bottom surface of the base mount, such that the power cord wrapped around the intermediate portion it is supported by at least one of the first end of the base mount or the bottom surface of the base mount. 13. The pump apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the intermediate portion has a smaller peripheral dimension than both the first end of the base mount and the bottom surface of the base mount, such that the power cord wrapped around the intermediate portion it is supported between the first end of the base mount and the bottom surface of the base mount. 14. The pump apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the at least three sections of the base mount curve radially outward. 15. The pump apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the base mount sections are constructed out of a plastic material. 16. The pump apparatus of claim 10 , further comprising an attachment mechanism for attaching the pump apparatus to a structure. 17. The pump apparatus of claim 16 , wherein the attachment mechanism is a carabiner clip.
