We claim: 1. An isolated polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence that has at least 70% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 40, wherein the polypeptide is capable of self-assembly into homo-oligomers. 2. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide comprises the amino acid sequence having at least 75% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 40. 3. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide comprises the amino acid sequence having at least 90% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 40. 4. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide comprises the amino acid sequence having at least 95% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 40. 5. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide comprises the amino acid sequence having at least 98% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 40. 6. The polypeptide of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide comprises the amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOS: 16-21, 34-35, 37, and 40. 7. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 40. 8. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 , wherein residues in bold font for SEQ ID NO: 40 are conserved in the polypeptide EEAELAYLLGELAYKLGEYRIAIRAYRIALKRDPNNAEAWYNLGNAYYKQGRYREAIEYYQKAL ELDPNNAEAWYNLGNAYYERGEYEEAIEYYRKALRLDPNNADAMQNLLNAKMREE (SEQ ID NO: 40). 9. An isolated polypeptide homo-oligomer comprising a plurality of polypeptides according to claim 8 . 10. The isolated polypeptide homo-oligomer of claim 9 , further comprising a plurality of polypeptides having at least 97% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 39. 11. An isolated polypeptide homo-oligomer comprising a plurality of polypeptides according to claim 1 . 12. The isolated polypeptide homo-oligomer of claim 11 , further comprising a plurality of polypeptides having at least 97% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 39. 13.
