The invention claimed is: 1. An aluminum alloy comprising at least one additive element selected from the group consisting of Zr and Cu, the total amount of the additive elements being 0.010% by mass or more and 8.0% by mass or less; and C in an amount of 0.01% by mass or more and 10.0% by mass or less, the balance being Al and inevitable impurities, wherein the aluminum alloy has a surface having an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 0.20 μm or less. 2. An aluminum alloy comprising at least one additive element selected from the group consisting of Zr and Cu, the total amount of the additive elements being 0.010% by mass or more and 8.0% by mass or less; and C in an amount of 0.01% by mass or more and 10.0% by mass or less, the balance being Al and inevitable impurities, wherein the aluminum alloy has a foil shape having a thickness of 3 μm or more and 40 μm or less. 3. An aluminum alloy comprising at least one additive element selected from the group consisting of Zr and Cu, the total amount of the additive elements being 0.010% by mass or more and 8.0% by mass or less; and C in an amount of 0.01% by mass or more and 10.0% by mass or less, the balance being Al and inevitable impurities, wherein the aluminum alloy has a three-dimensional network structure.
