What is claimed is: 1. A display device comprising: a substrate including a top surface and a bottom surface, the substrate having a through hole passing from the top surface to the bottom surface; a plurality of pixels on the top surface of the substrate, the plurality of pixels being arranged around the through hole; a plurality of scan lines extending along a first direction and being configured to provide scan signals to the pixels; a plurality of data lines extending along a second direction crossing the first direction and being configured to provide data signals to the pixels, the plurality of data lines comprising first and second data lines adjacent to the through hole, each of the first and second data lines comprising a section curved along a perimeter of the through hole; and an insulation layer interposed between the section of the first data line and the section of the second data line such that the section of the first data line and the section of the second data line are spaced apart from each other, in a third direction perpendicular to the top surface of the substrate, by the insulation layer. 2. The device of claim 1 , wherein the first data line or the second data line comprises at least one selected from Mo, Al, Ti, and Cu. 3. The device of claim 2 , wherein the first data line or the second data line comprises a first Ti layer, an Al layer, and a second Ti layer. 4. The device of claim 1 , wherein the first data line and the second data line do not overlap each other. 5. The device of claim 1 , wherein the insulation layer comprises an organic insulation material or an inorganic insulation material. 6. The device of claim 1 , wherein the substrate comprises: a display region corresponding to the plurality of pixels; and a non-display region between the through hole and the display region. 7. The device of claim 1 , wherein the first data line comprises: first and second sections being spaced apart from each other; and a third section connecting the first section to the second section. 8. The device of claim 7 , wherein the insulation layer is interposed between the third section of the first data line and the first and second sections of the first data line, and wherein the third section is connected to the first section via a first contact hole in the insulation layer, and the third section is connected to the second section via a second contact hole in the insulation layer. 9. The device of claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of pixels comprises an organic light emitting diode. 10. The device of claim 1 , further comprising a component in the through hole. 11. The device of claim 10 , wherein the component comprises a camera. 12. A display device comprising: a substrate comprising a first region; a plurality of pixels on the substrate, the plurality of pixels being arranged around the first region; a plurality of scan lines extending along a first direction and being configured to provide scan signals to the pixels; a plurality of data lines extending along a second direction crossing the first direction and being configured to provide data signals to the pixels, the plurality of data lines comprising first and second data lines adjacent to the first region, wherein the first and second data lines each comprise a section curved around the first region; and an insulation layer interposed between the section of the first data line and the section of the second data line such that the section of the first data line and the section of the second data line are spaced apart from each other, in a third direction perpendicular to a top surface of the substrate, by the insulation layer. 13. The device of claim 12 , further comprising a component corresponding to the first region. 14. The device of claim 13 , wherein the component is configured to receive light. 15. The device of claim 14 , wherein the component comprises a camera. 16. The device of claim 12 , wherein the first data line or the second data line comprises at least one selected from Mo, Al, Ti, and Cu. 17. The device of claim 16 , wherein the first data line or the second data line comprises a first Ti layer, an Al layer, and a second Ti layer. 18. The device of claim 12 , wherein the section of the first data line and the section of the second data line do not overlap each other. 19. The device of claim 12 , wherein each of the plurality of pixels comprises an organic light emitting diode. 20. The device of claim 12 , wherein the substrate has a through hole in the first region.
