What is claimed is: 1. An oral care system, comprising: a container defining an interior portion and comprising: a repository provided within the interior portion and configured to hold a fluid; a barrier configured to maintain the fluid separate from the interior portion, wherein the barrier is configured to be breached to expose the interior portion to the fluid; and a spittoon straw configured to slide into the interior portion of the container, the spittoon straw comprising a funnel portion and a tube connected to a base of the funnel portion. 2. The system of claim 1 , further comprising a toothbrush, wherein the container is configured to retain at least a portion of the toothbrush. 3. The system of claim 2 , wherein a movement of the toothbrush causes the barrier to be breached. 4. The system of claim 2 , wherein the toothbrush comprises a handle and a plurality of projections formed on the handle, wherein at least one of the projections is configured to seal the interior portion from an exterior of the container when the toothbrush is inserted into the interior portion. 5. The system of claim 2 , wherein the toothbrush comprises a suction port and a suction hole to provide suction at a head of the toothbrush. 6. The system of claim 1 , further comprising a funnel portion configured to facilitate passage of an external fluid into the interior portion of the container. 7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the container is configured to maintain fluid in the interior portion of the container independent of an orientation of the container. 8. An oral care system, comprising: a toothbrush; and a container defining an interior portion and comprising: a repository provided within the interior portion and configured to hold a fluid; a barrier configured to maintain the fluid separate from the toothbrush, wherein the barrier is configured to be breached to expose the toothbrush to the fluid; and a spittoon straw configured to slide into the interior portion of the container, the spittoon straw comprising a funnel portion and a tube connected to a base of the funnel portion. 9. The system of claim 8 , wherein the container is configured to retain at least a portion of the toothbrush within the interior portion. 10. The system of claim 8 , wherein the container further comprises a chamber configured to facilitate passage of the toothbrush into the repository such that the head of the toothbrush is exposed to the fluid; and wherein the chamber includes a neck portion configured to remove excess fluid from the toothbrush as the toothbrush is moved through the chamber. 11. The system of claim 10 , wherein the barrier is a seal positioned at an end of the chamber. 12. The system of claim 8 , wherein the container further comprises: a first container including the repository and configured to hold the fluid; and a second container configured to hold brushing waste. 13. The system of claim 8 , wherein the repository is a solution cup configured to hold the fluid therein, and wherein the barrier is positioned over a top of the solution cup. 14. The system of claim 13 , wherein the barrier is at least one of a seal or a cover with an internal cross cut. 15. The system of claim 8 , wherein the barrier is configured to be breached by the toothbrush. 16. The system of claim 8 , wherein an end of the tube is configured to breach the barrier. 17. An oral care system, comprising: a toothbrush; and a container defining an interior portion and comprising: a repository provided in the interior portion and configured to hold an oral fluid; and a funnel portion configured to facilitate passage of an external fluid into the interior portion of the container wherein the container further comprises a spittoon straw configured to slide into the interior portion of the container, the spittoon straw comprising the funnel portion and a tube connected to a base of the funnel portion. 18. The system of claim 17 , wherein the container is configured to retain at least a portion of the toothbrush within the interior portion. 19. The system of claim 17 , wherein the container further comprises a chamber configured to facilitate passage of the toothbrush into the repository such that the head of the toothbrush is exposed to the oral fluid; and wherein the chamber includes a neck portion configured to remove an excess of the oral fluid from the toothbrush as the toothbrush is moved through the chamber. 20. The system of claim 17 , wherein the container further comprises: a first container including the repository and configured to hold the oral fluid; and a second container including the funnel portion, wherein the external fluid is brushing waste and the second container is configured to hold the brushing waste. 21. The system of claim 17 , wherein the repository is a solution cup configured to hold the oral fluid therein. 22. The system of claim 21 , wherein the container further comprises a barrier positioned over a top of the solution cup, wherein the barrier is configured to be breached to expose the toothbrush to the oral fluid within the solution cup. 23. The system of claim 22 , wherein the barrier is at least one of a seal or a cover with an internal cross cut. 24. The system of claim 17 , wherein the tube comprises at least one aperture formed in a side wall of the tube, the at least one aperture configured to allow the fluids to pass from the tube into the interior portion to maintain the fluids within the interior portion of the container independent of the orientation of the container. 25. The system of claim 17 , wherein an end of the tube is configured to breach a barrier separating the toothbrush from the oral fluid. 26. An oral care system, comprising: a toothbrush comprising a handle and a plurality of projections formed on the handle; and a container defining an interior portion and comprising: a repository provided within the interior portion and configured to hold a fluid; a barrier configured to maintain the fluid separate from the toothbrush, wherein the barrier is configured to be breached to expose the toothbrush to the fluid; and wherein at least one of the projections of the toothbrush is configured to seal the interior portion from an exterior of the container when the toothbrush is inserted into the interior portion. 27. An oral care system, comprising: a toothbrush comprising a handle and a plurality of projections formed on the handle; and a container defining an interior portion and comprising: a repository provided in the interior portion and configured to hold an oral fluid; and a funnel portion configured to facilitate passage of an external fluid into the interior portion of the container; wherein at least one of the projections of the toothbrush is configured to seal the interior portion from an exterior of the container when the toothbrush is inserted into the interior portion.
