A locking and unlocking system includes: a server; a mobile terminal; and a key unit, wherein the server includes a server transmission unit configured to transmit cancel information, wherein the mobile terminal includes a terminal transmission unit configured to transmit first authentication information and a first request signal, wherein the key unit includes: a key-unit first reception unit configured to receive the cancel information; a key-unit second reception unit configured to receive the first authentication information and the first request signal; a first authentication unit configured to authenticate the mobile terminal; and a locking and unlocking processing unit configured to perform a process of unlocking or locking the door of the vehicle or facility, and wherein the locking and unlocking processing unit is configured to prohibit unlocking of the door of the vehicle or facility.

What is claimed is: 1. A server configured to communicate with a key unit configured to unlock or lock a door of a vehicle or facility in response to a first request signal for requesting unlocking or locking of the vehicle or facility which is transmitted from a mobile terminal, the key unit being disposed in the vehicle or facility, and to store information on a reservation for the vehicle or facility, the server comprising: a server transmission unit configured to transmit cancel information indicating whether the reservation for the vehicle or facility has been cancelled to the key unit, wherein the key unit is configured to control to unlock of the door of the vehicle or facility based on the cancel information after authenticating the mobile terminal. 2. The server according to claim 1 , wherein the cancel information is a cancel flag included in encrypted time information. 3. A method for unlocking or locking a door of a vehicle or facility using a key unit configured to unlock or lock a door of a vehicle or facility in response to a first request signal for requesting unlocking or locking of the vehicle or facility which is transmitted from a mobile terminal, the key unit being disposed in the vehicle or facility, the method comprising: storing information on a reservation for the vehicle or facility on a server; transmitting, to the key unit, cancel information indicating whether the reservation for the vehicle or facility has been cancelled; and controlling, using the key unit, unlock of the door of the vehicle or facility based on the cancel information after authenticating the mobile terminal. 4. The method according to claim 3 , wherein the cancel information is a cancel flag included in encrypted time information.
