A smart lighting device includes an illumination module, an image projection module and a projection mode switching module. The image projection module is pivoted to the illumination module and has a plurality of operation modes. The image projection module rotates relative to the illumination module and is switched among a standby mode and the operation modes. The projection mode switching module is configured to sense a rotation angle of the image projection module with respect to the illumination module. A brightness value of the illumination module and an image frame of the image projection module are adjusted according to the rotation angle.

What is claimed is: 1. A smart lighting device, comprising: an illumination circuit, wherein the illumination circuit comprises a first engagement surface; an image projection circuit pivoted to the illumination circuit and comprising a second engagement surface opposite to the first engagement surface and a plurality of operation modes, wherein the image projection circuit rotates with respect to the illumination circuit and is switched among a standby mode and the plurality of operation modes; a projection mode switching circuit configured to detect a rotation angle of the image projection circuit with respect to the illumination circuit, and a brightness value of the illumination circuit and an image frame of the image projection circuit are adjusted according to the rotation angle, wherein the projection mode switching circuit comprises: a plurality of sensing elements disposed on the first engagement surface of the illumination circuit, wherein locations of the plurality of sensing elements are different from each other, and the plurality of sensing elements comprise a first sensing element, a second sensing element, and a third sensing element; and a sensing emission element configured to emitting signals receivable by the plurality of sensing elements and disposed on the second engagement surface of the image projection circuit; a processing circuit electrically connected to the illumination circuit, the image projection circuit, and the projection mode switching circuit; and an optical sensing circuit electrically connected to the processing circuit, and the processing circuit enables the optical sensing circuit when the image projection circuit is in the standby mode or one of the operation modes. 2. The smart lighting device according to claim 1 , wherein the projection mode switching circuit is electrically connected to the illumination circuit and the image projection circuit via the processing circuit, and the processing circuit adjusts the brightness value of the illumination circuit and the image frame of the image projection circuit according to the rotation angle detected by the projection mode switching circuit. 3. The smart lighting device according to claim 1 , wherein the sensing elements are optical sensing elements or magnetic sensing elements, and the sensing emission element is an optical emission element or a magnetic element. 4. The smart lighting device according to claim 1 , wherein the optical sensing circuit is a color camera module. 5. The smart lighting device according to claim 1 , wherein the optical sensing circuit comprises: a light emitting element electrically connected to the processing circuit and configured to form a sensing area on a bearing surface for supporting the smart lighting device; and a light receiving element electrically connected to the processing circuit and disposed on the illumination circuit, wherein a sensing field of the light receiving element covers the sensing area. 6. The smart lighting device according to claim 2 , wherein the processing circuit comprises a central processing unit (CPU) and a mirco-controller, the CPU is electrically connected to the micro-controller, the image projection circuit is controlled by the CPU, and the illumination circuit and the projection mode switching circuit are controlled by the micro-controller. 7. The smart lighting device according to claim 2 , wherein the processing circuit disables the image projection circuit when the image projection circuit is in the standby mode, and the brightness value of the illumination circuit adjusted by the processing circuit is a first brightness value. 8. The smart lighting device according to claim 2 , wherein the plurality of operation modes comprise a bearing surface projection mode, the processing circuit controls the image projection circuit to switch from the standby mode to the bearing surface projection mode and adjusts the brightness value of the illumination circuit to a second brightness value when the rotation angle of the image projection circuit with respect to the illumination circuit is a first angle, the image projection circuit is configured to form a projection area on a bearing surface for supporting the smart lighting device in the bearing surface projection mode, and the second brightness value is smaller than or equal to the first brightness value. 9. The smart lighting device according to claim 2 , wherein when the image projection circuit rotates between two projection modes, the projection mode switching circuit transmits signals received by sensing elements thereof to the processing circuit, and the processing circuit disables a laser light source of the image projector or lowers energy of the laser light source of the image projection circuit. 10. The smart lighting device according to claim 8 , wherein the plurality of operation modes comprises at least one wall surface projection mode, the processing circuit controls the image projection circuit to switch from the standby mode to the at least one wall surface mode and adjusts the brightness of the illumination circuit to a third brightness value when the rotation angle of the image projection circuit with respect to the illumination circuit is a second angle, the image projection circuit is configured to form the projection area on a wall surface in the wall surface projection mode, and the second angle is different from the first angle. 11. The smart lighting device according to claim 10 , wherein the image projection circuit comprises at least one gyrometer, and the gyrometer detects and transmits an angular signal of a relative position of the image projection circuit by rotating the relative position of the image projection circuit with respect to the illumination circuit, thereby switching a projection mode of the image projection circuit. 12. The smart lighting device according to claim 10 , wherein the sensing emission element corresponds to the first sensing element when the image projection circuit is in the standby mode, the sensing emission element corresponds to the second sensing element when the rotation angle of the image projection circuit with respect to the illumination circuit is the first angle and is switched from the standby mode to the bearing surface projection mode, and the sensing emission element corresponds to the third sensing element when the rotation angle of the image projection circuit with respect to the illumination circuit is the second angle and is switched from the standby mode to the at least one wall surface projection mode. 13. The smart lighting device according to claim 5 , wherein the light emitting element is an infrared light emitting element and the light receiving element is an infrared light receiving element. 14. The smart lighting device according to claim 5 , further comprising a support body, wherein the support body comprises: a support frame, wherein the illumination circuit is connected to an end of the support frame; and a base connected to another end of the support frame and the bearing surface, wherein the light emitting element is disposed on the base. 15. An operation mode transforming method of a smart lighting device for switching between a first operation mode and a second operation mode, wherein the smart lighting device comprises a processing circuit electrically connected to an image projection circuit, a projection mode switching circuit, an illumination circuit, and a sensing circuit, wherein the image projection circuit is pivoted to the illumination circuit and comprises a second engagement surface opposite to a first engagement surface,
