An optical image capturing system comprising, in order from an object side to an image side, a first lens element, a second lens element, a third lens element, a fourth lens element, a fifth lens element, a sixth lens element and a seventh lens element. The first lens element with negative refractive power has a concave image-side surface. The second lens element, the third lens element and the fourth lens element have refractive power. The fifth lens element has refractive power. The sixth lens element with refractive power has an image-side surface being concave in a paraxial region and includes at least one convex shape in an off-axial region, wherein the surfaces thereof are aspheric. The seventh lens element with refractive power has an image-side surface being concave in a paraxial region and includes at least one convex shape in an off-axial region, wherein the surfaces thereof are aspheric.

First claim

What is claimed is: 1. An optical image capturing system comprising, in order from an object side to an image side, a first lens element, a second lens element, a third lens element, a fourth lens element, a fifth lens element, a sixth lens element, and a seventh lens element; wherein the second lens element has positive refractive power; the fourth lens element has negative refractive power; the seventh lens element with negative refractive power has an image-side surface being concave in a paraxial region thereof and comprising at least one convex shape in an off-axis region thereof, an object-side surface and the image-side surface of the seventh lens element are aspheric; wherein the optical image capturing system has a total of seven lens elements, there is no relative movement among the seven lens elements; an f-number of the optical image capturing system is Fno, and the following condition is satisfied: F no<2.0. 2. The optical image capturing system of claim 1 , wherein the first lens element has negative refractive power. 3. The optical image capturing system of claim 1 , wherein a focal length of the optical image capturing system is f, a curvature radius of an object-side surface of the first lens element is R1, and the following condition is satisfied: | f/R 1|<1.25. 4. The optical image capturing system of claim 1 , wherein a focal length of the optical image capturing system is f, a curvature radius of the image-side surface of the seventh lens element is R14, and the following condition is satisfied: 1.5< f/R 14. 5. The optical image capturing system of claim 1 , wherein the seventh lens element has the object-side surface being convex in a paraxial region thereof and comprising at least one concave shape in an off-axis region thereof. 6. The optical image capturing system of claim 1 , wherein the sixth lens element has positive refractive power. 7. The optical image capturing system of claim 1 , wherein the sixth lens element has an object-side surface being convex in a paraxial region thereof and comprising at least one concave shape in an off-axis region thereof, the object-side surface and an image-side surface of the sixth lens element are aspheric. 8. The optical image capturing system of claim 1 , wherein a central thickness of the sixth lens element is CT6, a central thickness of the seventh lens element is CT7, an axial distance between the sixth lens element and the seventh lens element is T67, and the following condition is satisfied: 1.75<(CT6+CT7)/ T 67. 9. The optical image capturing system of claim 1 , wherein the third lens element has positive refractive power. 10. The optical image capturing system of claim 1 , wherein a sum of central thicknesses of the first lens element, the second lens element, the third lens element, the fourth lens element, the fifth lens element, the sixth lens element and the seventh lens element is ΣCT, an axial distance between an object-side surface of the first lens element and the image-side surface of the seventh lens element is Td, and the following condition is satisfied: 0.55<ΣCT/ Td <0.80. 11. The optical image capturing system of claim 1 , wherein an absolute value of a curvature radius of an object-side surface of the sixth lens element is smaller than an absolute value of a curvature radius of an image-side surface of the sixth lens element. 12. The optical image capturing system of claim 1 , wherein a focal length of the optical image capturing system is f, a focal length of the sixth lens element is f6, a focal length of the seventh lens element is f7, and the following condition is satisfied: | f/f 6|+| f/f 7|<0.75. 13. The optical image capturing system of claim 1 , wherein the first lens element has an image-side surface being concave in a paraxial region thereof. 14. The optical image capturing system of claim 1 , wherein a curvature radius of an image-side surface of the sixth lens element is R12, a curvature radius of the image-side surface of the seventh lens element is R14, and the following condition is satisfied: 0< R 12/ R 14. 15. The optical image capturing system of claim 1 , wherein a focal length of the optical image capturing system is f, a vertical distance between a non-axial critical point on an image-side surface of the sixth lens element and an optical axis is Yc62, and the following condition is satisfied: 0.1< Yc 62/ f< 1.0. 16. The optical image capturing system of claim 1 , wherein the fourth lens element has an object-side surface being convex in a paraxial region thereof and comprising at least one concave surface in an off-axis region thereof, the object-side surface and an image-side surface of the fourth lens element are aspheric. 17. An image capturing device, comprising: the optical image capturing system of claim 1 ; and an image sensor disposed on an image surface of the optical image capturing system. 18. An electronic device, comprising: the image capturing device of claim 17 . 19. An optical image capturing system comprising, in order from an object side to an image side, a first lens element, a second lens element, a third lens element, a fourth lens element, a fifth lens element, a sixth lens element, and a seventh lens element; wherein the first lens element has negative refractive power; the second lens element has positive refractive power; the fourth lens element has negative refractive power; the seventh lens element with negative refractive power has an image-side surface being concave in a paraxial region thereof and comprising at least one convex shape in an off-axis region thereof, an object-side surface and the image-side surface of the seventh lens element are aspheric; wherein the optical image capturing system has a total of seven lens elements, there is no relative movement among the seven lens elements. 20. The optical image capturing system of claim 19 , wherein the third lens element has positive refractive power. 21. The optical image capturing system of claim 19 , wherein the fifth lens element has positive refractive power. 22. The optical image capturing system of claim 19 , wherein the fifth lens element has an image-side surface being convex in a paraxial region thereof. 23. The optical image capturing system of claim 19 , wherein the seventh lens element has the object-side surface being convex in a paraxial region thereof and comprising at least one concave shape in an off-axis region thereof. 24. The optical image capturing system of claim 19 , wherein a focal length of the optical image capturing system is f, a curvature radius of the image-side surface of the seventh lens element is R14, and the following condition is satisfied: 1.5< f/R 14. 25. The optical image capturing system of claim 19 , wherein a focal length of the optical image capturing system is f, a curvature radius of an object-side surface of the first lens element is R1, and the following condition is satisfied: | f/R 1|<1.25. 26. The optical image capturing system of claim 19 , wherein an object-side surface and an image-side surface of the sixth lens element are aspheric; a focal length of the optical image capturing system is f, a vertical distance between a non-axial critical point on the image-side surface of the sixth lens element and an optical axis is Yc62, and the following condition is satisfied: 0.1< Yc 62/ f< 1.0.
