What is claimed is: 1. A lip composition capable of forming a multilayer structure after application to lips, wherein the lip composition consists of two immiscible components prior to application, wherein the two immiscible components are: Component A which comprises at least one oil and 0.01% to 30% by weight with respect to the total weight of the composition of at least one film forming agent having at least one glass transition temperature which is lower than normal human body temperature; and Component B which comprises 0.001% to 90% by weight with respect to the total weight of the composition of one or more silicone compounds in amounts sufficient to achieve a viscosity of 1000 cSt to less than 100,000 cSt at 25° C., wherein the weight ratio of film forming agent(s) in Component A to silicone compound(s) in Component B is from 1:50 to 10:1, and wherein Component A and Component B are bulk phase separated in the lip composition. 2. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein the lip composition is anhydrous. 3. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein Component A and Component B have a density difference of 0.001-1 kg/m 3 . 4. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein Component A and Component B have a density difference of 0.01-0.6 kg/m 3 . 5. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein Component B comprises at least one phenylated silicone compound. 6. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein Component B comprises at least one silicone compound which is a silicone gum. 7. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein Component A comprises at least one film forming agent selected from the group consisting of a silicone resin, a silicone acrylate copolymer, and mixtures thereof. 8. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein Component A comprises at least one film forming agent having a critical molecular weight of entanglement (Mc) such that Mc<wMw, where w=weight fraction and Mw=molecular weight of the polymer. 9. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein Component B comprises at least one silicone compound having a critical molecular weight of entanglement (Mc) such that Mc≤wMw≤108 g/mol, where w=weight fraction and Mw=molecular weight of the polymer. 10. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein Component A further comprises at least one volatile oil, Component B further comprises at least one volatile oil, or both Component A and Component B further comprise at least one volatile oil. 11. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein Component A comprises at least one film forming agent selected from the group consisting of a silicone resin, a silicone acrylate copolymer, and mixtures thereof, and Component B comprises at least one silicone compound selected from the group consisting of a silicone gum, a phenylated silicone compound, and mixtures thereof. 12. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein Component A comprises at least one emollient, Component B comprises at least one emollient, or both Component A and Component B comprise at least one emollient. 13. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein Component A comprises at least one humectant, Component B comprises at least one humectant, or both Component A and Component B comprise at least one humectant. 14. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein Component A further comprises 0.001% to 10%, by weight with respect to the total weight of the composition, of at least one colorant. 15. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein the lip composition contains no fluorinated compound. 16. The lip composition of claim 15 , wherein the lip composition is anhydrous. 17. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein Component A further comprises up to 50% by weight of the total weight of the composition of at least one colorant. 18. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein the lip composition is free of surfactant. 19. The lip composition of claim 1 , wherein the lip composition is free of triglyceride oil. 20. A kit comprising: (a) the lip composition according to claim 1 ; (b) at least one container which contains the lip composition according to claim 1 ; and (c) at least one applicator. 21. A method of applying the lip composition of claim 1 to lips comprising mixing the lip composition to form a mixed composition in which Component A and Component B are temporarily miscible such that Component A and Component B are not bulk phase separated in the lip composition, applying the mixed composition to lips, and allowing a multilayer structure to form from the mixed composition on the lips by separation of Component A and Component B after application, wherein Component A forms a Layer A of the multilayer structure which is closest to the lips and Component B forms a Layer B adjacent to Layer A.
