An anchor assembly for hanging an object on a wall includes a first anchor component and a second anchor component. The second anchor component is pivotably associated with the first anchor component for movement between an anchoring orientation and a non-anchoring orientation to enable staged installation of the anchor assembly into a wall. At least one wall penetrating retainer extends from each of the first and second anchor components. When the second anchor component is in the anchoring orientation a curved configuration of the wall penetrating extent of the retainer of the second anchor component opposes a curved configuration of the wall penetrating extent of the retainer of the first anchor component to form a jaw-type arrangement.

What is claimed is: 1. A member adapted for installation on a wall mounted anchor assembly, the member comprising: a top, a bottom, a front side and a rear side, the rear side forming a wall facing side of the member, the rear side including a rear edge portion and a mount bracket defining a rearwardly facing mount recess with an open bottom side, wherein the mount recess is located forward of the rear edge portion and includes a pair of laterally spaced apart surfaces that are within the recess and that angle rearwardly when moving vertically downward, wherein the laterally spaced apart surfaces face forwardly. 2. The member of claim 1 wherein the mount bracket is formed separate from the member and then attached to the member. 3. The member of claim 1 wherein the mount bracket is formed monolithic with the member. 4. The member of claim 1 wherein each spaced apart surface that angles rearwardly is formed by a portion of a respective flange of the mount bracket. 5. The member of claim 1 wherein the mount recess is of plastic material. 6. The member of claim 1 wherein at least part of the member is formed of a resilient material that permits some deformation during mounting of the component. 7. A kit including the member of claim 1 , the kit further including: at least one anchor assembly, the anchor assembly comprising: a first anchor component including a first base having front and back sides, at least one wall penetrating retainer extends from the first base and includes a wall penetrating extent that protrudes rearwardly of the first base and has a curved configuration; a second anchor component including a second base having front and back sides, the second anchor component pivotably associated with the first anchor component for movement between an anchoring orientation and a non-anchoring orientation to enable staged installation of the anchor assembly into a wall, at least one wall penetrating retainer extends from the second base and includes a wall penetrating extent that protrudes rearwardly of the second base and has a curved configuration, when the second anchor component is in the anchoring orientation the curved configuration of the wall penetrating extent of the second anchor component opposes the curved configuration of the wall penetrating extent of the first anchor component to form a jaw-type grip. 8. The kit of claim 7 further comprising: a template unit having a profile shape substantially the same as a profile shape of the member, wherein the template unit defines at least two anchor assembly install locations; the kit includes at least two of the anchor assemblies. 9. The kit of claim 8 wherein the template unit includes a level member mounted thereon. 10. The kit of claim 9 wherein the template unit includes a wall side with one or more adhesive regions to enable the template unit to be releasable mounted on a wall surface. 11. The member of claim 1 wherein the mount recess further includes a second pair of laterally spaced surfaces that angle toward each other when moving vertically upward. 12. The member of claim 11 wherein each spaced apart surface of the pair of spaced apart surfaces that angle toward each other is formed by a portion of a respective flange of the mount bracket. 13. A member adapted for installation on a wall mounted anchor assembly, the member comprising: a mount base having a top, a bottom, a front side and a rear side, the rear side forming a wall facing side of the mount base, the rear side including a peripheral rear edge portion and a rearwardly facing mount recess located forward of the peripheral rear edge portion, the mount recess including a pair of laterally spaced apart mount surfaces that angle rearwardly when moving vertically downward such that, for each mount surface, an upper end of the mount surface is located forwardly of a lower end of the mount surface, wherein the laterally spaced apart mount surfaces face forwardly. 14. The member of claim 13 , wherein the mount surfaces angle toward each other when moving vertically upward. 15. The member of claim 13 wherein the mount bracket is formed separate from the mount base and then attached to the mount base. 16. The member of claim 13 wherein the mount bracket is formed monolithic with the mount base. 17. The member of claim 16 wherein the mount base is a molded piece and the mount bracket is molded as part of the molded piece. 18. The member of claim 13 wherein each spaced apart surface that angles rearwardly is formed by a portion of a respective flange of the mount bracket. 19. The member of claim 13 , wherein the mount recess comprises a pair of laterally spaced apart channels facing toward each other, and each mount surface is formed by a forward facing surface of one of the channels. 20. The member of claim 19 , wherein each channel is formed between a respective forward wall and a respective rearward wall, and each mount surface is formed by a forward facing surface of the rearward wall. 21. The member of claim 13 , wherein the peripheral edge portion defines a wall mount plane of the mount base, and each mount surface angles rearwardly at angle of between one degree and ten degrees relative to the wall mount plane. 22. The member of claim 21 , wherein each mount surface angles rearwardly at an angle of between three degrees and six degrees relative to the wall mount plane. 23. The member of claim 21 wherein each mount surface faces forwardly toward the front side of the mount base. 24. A kit including the member of claim 13 , further comprising: a template unit that defines at least one wall anchor assembly install location. 25. A kit including the member of claim 13 , further comprising: a template unit that defines at least two wall anchor assembly install locations; and at least two wall anchor assemblies. 26. The kit of claim 25 , wherein the template unit includes a level member mounted thereon. 27. The kit of claim 26 wherein the template unit includes a wall side with one or more adhesive regions to enable the template unit to be releasable mounted on a wall surface. 28. A wall mount system, comprising: a wall anchor assembly; a member adapted for installation on the wall anchor assembly, the member comprising: a mount base having a top, a bottom, a front side and a rear side, the rear side forming a wall facing side of the mount base, the rear side including a peripheral rear edge portion and a mount recess located forward of the peripheral rear edge portion, the mount recess including a pair of laterally spaced apart mount surfaces that angle rearwardly when moving vertically downward such that, for each mount surface, an upper end of the mount surface is located forwardly of a lower of the mount surface; wherein the wall anchor assembly includes spaced apart side flanges slidably engageable with the mount recess of the mount base.
