What is claimed is: 1. An occlusive device for treatment of a vascular condition, comprising: a plurality of wires wound into a three-dimensional structure having a braided end; the braided end formed from a plurality of loops where each loop is entirely formed from a single wire of the plurality of wires; wherein each loop is interconnected with and passes through two adjacent loops, so as to form a plurality of interconnected loops; wherein the braided end forms a proximally or distally facing surface extending over an entire proximal or distal end of the three-dimensional structure, and wherein the proximally or distally facing surface is free from any free ends of the plurality of wires wound into the three-dimensional structures; an elongated delivery device having a first axis extending along its length; wherein when the elongated delivery device is connected to the three-dimensional structure, a second axis passes through the proximally facing surface, the distally facing surface, and a center of the three-dimensional structure; the second axis being aligned with the first axis. 2. The occlusive device of claim 1 , wherein the braided end is at a proximal end of the occlusive device. 3. The occlusive device of claim 1 , wherein the braided end is at a distal end of the occlusive device. 4. The occlusive device of claim 1 , wherein the occlusive device is cylindrically shaped. 5. The occlusive device of claim 1 , wherein the braided end is domed or convex in shape. 6. The occlusive device of claim 1 , wherein the braided end has a flat shape. 7. The occlusive device of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of interconnected loops are arranged in an annular shape forming an open middle section. 8. The occlusive device of claim 1 , wherein each loop of the plurality of loops are arranged in a circular pattern around an axis of the three-dimensional structure. 9. The occlusive device of claim 1 , wherein the elongated delivery device is either a pusher or a catheter. 10. An occlusive device for treatment of a vascular condition, comprising: a plurality of wires, each wire having two terminal ends; the plurality of wires wound into a three-dimensional structure having a braided proximal end connected to an elongated delivery device; wherein the terminal ends of each of the plurality of wires are distal of the braided proximal end; and, the braided proximal end forms a proximally facing surface over an entire proximal end of the three-dimensional structure that is free from any of the terminal ends of each of the plurality of wires, the braided proximal end is formed from a plurality of loops arranged in a circular orientation, and each loop passes through two adjacent loops. 11. The occlusive device of claim 10 , wherein each loop is formed entirely from a single wire. 12. The occlusive device of claim 10 , wherein the plurality of loops are arranged in an annular shape forming an open middle section. 13. The occlusive device of claim 10 , wherein a distal end of the occlusive device comprises a separate plurality of loops. 14. The occlusive device of claim 10 , wherein the elongated delivery device is either a pusher or a catheter. 15. The occlusive device of claim 14 , wherein the braided proximal end of the occlusive device is connected to the pusher or catheter via a tether which is tied or looped through a portion of the braided proximal end. 16. An occlusive device for treatment of a vascular condition, comprising: a plurality of wires, each wire having two terminal ends; the plurality of wires woven into a three-dimensional structure having a proximally facing surface extending over an entire proximal end of the three-dimensional structure and a distally facing surface extending over an entire distal end of the three-dimensional structure; the plurality of wires woven into a plurality of loops at the proximally facing surface or the distally facing surface that each pass through two adjacent loops; the three-dimensional structure having a weaving pattern that positions the two terminal ends of each of the plurality of wires at a location other than the proximally facing surface and the distally facing surface; and an elongated delivery device having a first axis extending along its length; wherein when the elongated delivery device is connected to the three-dimensional structure, a second axis passes through the proximally facing surface, the distally facing surface, and a center of the three-dimensional structure; the second axis being coaxially aligned with the first axis. 17. The occlusive device of claim 16 , wherein the distally facing surface of the occlusive device comprises a separate plurality of loops. 18. The occlusive device of claim 16 , wherein the elongated delivery device is either a pusher or a catheter.
