A near infrared absorbing colorant polymer has a maximal absorption in a wavelength range of 700 to 1200 nm. It is preferable that the near infrared absorbing colorant polymer includes at least one near infrared absorbing colorant structure selected from the group consisting of a pyrrolopyrrole colorant, a cyanine colorant, a squarylium colorant, a diimonium colorant, a phthalocyanine colorant, a naphthalocyanine colorant, a rylene colorant, a dithiol complex colorant, a croconium colorant, an oxonol colorant, a triarylmethane colorant, a pyrromethene colorant, an azomethine colorant, an anthraquinone colorant, and a dibenzofuranone colorant.

What is claimed is: 1. A near infrared absorbing colorant polymer having a maximal absorption in a wavelength range of 700 to 1200 nm, comprising: a curable group, and at least one near infrared absorbing colorant structure, wherein the at least one near infrared absorbing colorant structure comprises a compound derived from a compound represented by the following Formula (PP), in Formula (PP), R 1a and R 1b each independently represent an alkyl group, an aryl group, or a heteroaryl group, R 2 and R 3 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent, R 2 and R 3 may be bonded to each other to form a ring, R 4 's each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, a heteroaryl group, —BR 4A R 4B , or a metal atom, R 4 may form a covalent bond or a coordinate bond with at least one selected from the group consisting of R 1a , R 1b , and R 3 , and R 4A and R 4B each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent. 2. The near infrared absorbing colorant polymer according to claim 1 , wherein the near infrared absorbing colorant polymer has a structure in which two or more near infrared absorbing colorant structures are bonded to a divalent or higher linking group. 3. The near infrared absorbing colorant polymer according to claim 1 , wherein the near infrared absorbing colorant polymer comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of a repeating unit having a near infrared absorbing colorant structure at a side chain and a repeating unit having a near infrared absorbing colorant structure at a main chain. 4. The near infrared absorbing colorant polymer according to claim 1 , wherein the near infrared absorbing colorant polymer comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of a repeating unit represented by the following Formula (A), a repeating unit represented by the following Formula (B), and a repeating unit represented by the following Formula (C), or is represented by the following Formula (D): in Formula (A), X 1 represents a main chain of the repeating unit, L 1 represents a single bond or a divalent linking group, and DyeI represents a near infrared absorbing colorant structure; in Formula (B), X 2 represents a main chain of the repeating unit, L 2 represents a single bond or a divalent linking group, DyeII represents a near infrared absorbing colorant structure having a group capable of forming an ionic bond or a coordinate bond with Y 2 , and Y 2 represents a group capable of forming an ionic bond or a coordinate bond with DyeII; in Formula (C), L 3 represents a single bond or a divalent linking group, DyeIII represents a near infrared absorbing colorant structure, and m represents 0 or 1; and in Formula (D), L 4 represents an (n+k)-valent linking group, n represents an integer of 2 to 20, k represents an integer of 0 to 20, DyeIV represents a near infrared absorbing colorant structure, P represents a substituent, in a case where n represents 2 or more, a plurality of DyeIV's may be different from each other, in a case where k represents 2 or more, a plurality of P's may be different from each other, and n+k represents an integer of 2 to 20. 5. The near infrared absorbing colorant polymer according to claim 1 , wherein the curable group is a radically polymerizable group. 6. The near infrared absorbing colorant polymer according to claim 1 , comprising an acid group. 7. A composition comprising: the near infrared absorbing colorant polymer according to claim 1 ; and a solvent. 8. The composition according to claim 7 , further comprising: a curable compound and; an alkali-soluble resin. 9. The composition according to claim 8 , further comprising: a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the curable compound is a radically polymerizable compound. 10. The composition according to claim 7 , further comprising: a coloring material that shields visible light. 11. A film which is formed using the composition according to claim 7 . 12. A pattern forming method comprising: forming a composition layer on a support using the composition according to claim 7 ; and forming a pattern on the composition layer using a photolithography method or a dry etching method. 13. An optical filter comprising: a film which is formed using a composition including a near infrared absorbing colorant polymer and a solvent, wherein the near infrared absorbing colorant polymer includes a curable group and at least one near infrared absorbing colorant structure excluding a cyanine colorant and/or a dithiol colorant, and wherein the near infrared absorbing colorant polymer has a maximal absorption in a wavelength range of 700 to 1200 nm. 14. The optical filter according to claim 13 , which is an infrared cut filter or an infrared transmitting filter. 15. The optical filter according to claim 13 comprising: a pixel of the film; and at least one pixel selected from the group consisting of a red pixel, a green pixel, a blue pixel, a magenta pixel, a yellow pixel, a cyan pixel, a black pixel, and an achromatic pixel. 16. A device comprising: a film which is formed using a composition including a near infrared absorbing colorant polymer and a solvent, wherein the near infrared absorbing colorant polymer includes a curable group and at least one near infrared absorbing colorant structure excluding a cyanine colorant and/or a dithiol colorant, wherein the near infrared absorbing colorant polymer has a maximal absorption in a wavelength range of 700 to 1200 nm, and wherein the device is a solid image pickup element, an infrared sensor, or an image display device.
