The e-vaping section and the e-vaping device include at least one first wick configured to transfer a pre-vapor formulation, the at least one first wick being a filamentary wick that is U-shaped with opposing ends each extending into a reservoir. At least one first heater is operable upon at least one portion of the at least one first wick to at least partially volatilize the pre-vapor formulation and form a vapor. A support plate is operable to support the at least one first heater and at least partially support the at least one first wick, the support plate being operable to form an electrical connection between the at least one first heater and a power supply.

We claim: 1. An e-vaping section, comprising: at least one first wick configured to transfer a pre-vapor formulation, the at least one first wick being a filamentary wick that is U-shaped with opposing ends each extending into a reservoir; at least one first heater operable upon at least one portion of the at least one first wick to at least partially volatilize the pre-vapor formulation and form a vapor; and a support plate operable to support the at least one first heater and at least partially support the at least one first wick, the support plate being operable to form an electrical connection between the at least one first heater and a power supply, the support plate being near a downstream end of the reservoir relative to a normal direction of airflow through the e-vaping section during use, wherein a major surface of the support plate is positioned to be transverse to the normal direction of airflow. 2. The e-vaping section of claim 1 , wherein the support plate includes a conductive circuit printed thereon. 3. The e-vaping section of claim 2 , wherein at least two pins extend from the conductive circuit of the support plate, each of the at least two pins being connected to opposing portions of the at least one first heater. 4. The e-vaping section of claim 1 , wherein the at least one first heater is wrapped about a central portion of the at least one first wick. 5. The e-vaping section of claim 1 , wherein the at least one first heater is near the downstream end of the reservoir relative to the normal direction of the airflow. 6. The e-vaping section of claim 4 , further comprising: an outer housing extending in a longitudinal direction. 7. The e-vaping section of claim 6 , further comprising: an inner tube within the outer housing; and the reservoir contained in an outer annulus defined at least partially by the outer housing and the inner tube. 8. The e-vaping section of claim 7 , wherein the opposing ends of the at least one first wick extends into the outer annulus. 9. The e-vaping section of claim 1 , further comprising: a gasket on the downstream end of the reservoir relative to the normal direction of the airflow, and wherein the gasket and the support plate at least partially define an end of the reservoir. 10. The e-vaping section of claim 9 , wherein the gasket is directly contacting the support plate. 11. The e-vaping section of claim 1 , wherein the major surface is about perpendicular to the normal direction of the airflow. 12. The e-vaping section of claim 1 , wherein the major surface defines an orifice, the orifice being directly upstream of the at least one first heater and the at least one portion of the at least one first wick relative to the normal direction of the airflow. 13. The e-vaping section of claim 1 , wherein the major surface defines an orifice, the orifice being configured to allow the airflow to travel through the major surface to the at least one first heater. 14. The e-vaping section of claim 1 , wherein the support plate is upstream of the at least one first heater relative to the normal direction of the airflow. 15. An e-vaping device, comprising: the e-vaping section of claim 1 ; and a power section configured to attach to the e-vaping section, the power section including the power supply, the power supply being electrically connectable to the at least one first heater. 16. An e-vaping device, comprising: at least one first wick configured to transfer a pre-vapor formulation, the at least one first wick being a filamentary wick that is U-shaped with opposing ends each extending into a reservoir; at least one first heater operable upon at least one portion of the at least one first wick to at least partially volatilize the pre-vapor formulation and form a vapor; and a support plate operable to support the at least one first heater and at least partially support the at least one first wick, the support plate being operable to form an electrical connection between the at least one first heater and a power supply, the support plate being near a downstream end of the reservoir relative to a normal direction of airflow through the e-vaping device during use, wherein a major surface of the support plate is positioned to be transverse to the normal direction of the airflow. 17. The e-vaping device of claim 16 , wherein the major surface defines an orifice, the orifice being directly upstream of the at least one first heater and the at least one portion of the at least one first wick relative to the normal direction of the airflow. 18. The e-vaping device of claim 16 , wherein the major surface defines an orifice, the orifice being configured to allow the airflow to travel through the major surface to the at least one first heater. 19. The e-vaping device of claim 16 , wherein the support plate is upstream of the at least one first heater relative to the normal direction of the airflow.
