The invention claimed is: 1. A process cartridge comprising: (i) a photosensitive drum; (ii) a rotatable developing roller for developing an electrostatic latent image formed on the photosensitive drum; (iii) a rotatable roller for transmitting a driving force to the developing roller, the rotatable roller having a rotation axis deviated from a rotation axis of the developing roller; (iv) a coupling member provided on the rotatable roller, the coupling member including: (iv-i) a driving force receiving portion for receiving a driving force to be transmitted to the developing roller, the driving force receiving portion being movable relative to the rotatable roller in a direction crossing the rotation axis of the rotatable roller; (v) a supporting portion for rotatably supporting the driving force receiving portion so as to be movable together with the driving force receiving portion relative to the rotatable roller in the direction crossing the rotation axis of the rotatable roller; (vi) an urging member for urging the supporting portion in the direction crossing the rotation axis of the rotatable roller; and (vii) a stopping portion for stopping the supporting portion urged by the urging member, wherein the stopping portion is positioned outside an outer periphery of the photosensitive drum on a plane perpendicular to the rotation axis of the rotatable roller. 2. A process cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the rotatable roller contacts the developing roller in order to supply toner to the developing roller. 3. A process cartridge according to claim 2 , wherein the developing roller is capable of moving toward and away from the photosensitive drum in a state in which the developing roller contacts the rotatable roller. 4. A process cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the stopping portion is provided on the plane between the photosensitive drum and the developing roller. 5. A process cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the coupling member includes a follower portion provided at an end portion of the rotatable roller and an intermediary portion engageable with the follower portion so as to be movable relative to the follower portion in a direction crossing the rotation axis of the rotatable roller in a state in which the intermediary portion engages with the driving force receiving portion, and wherein a direction in which the driving force receiving portion moves relative to the intermediary portion is different from a direction in which the intermediary portion moves relative to the follower portion. 6. A process cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the urging member is elastically deformable. 7. A process cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the urging member is a spring. 8. A process cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the coupling member is an Oldham coupling. 9. A process cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the rotatable roller includes a shaft, and the coupling member is disposed at an end of the shaft of the rotatable roller. 10. A process cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the supporting portion includes a hole in which the driving force receiving portion is held. 11. A process cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the supporting portion supports an outer periphery of the driving force receiving portion. 12. A process cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the supporting portion and the driving force receiving portion are movable relative to the stopping portion. 13. A process cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the stopping portion includes two surfaces for contacting the supporting portion. 14. A process cartridge according to claim 1 , wherein the stopping portion is capable of contacting the supporting portion at multiple points. 15. A process cartridge comprising: (i) a photosensitive drum; (ii) a rotatable developing roller for developing an electrostatic latent image formed on the photosensitive drum; (iii) a rotatable roller for transmitting a driving force to the developing roller, the rotatable roller having a rotation axis deviated from a rotation axis of the developing roller; (iv) a coupling member provided on the rotatable roller, the coupling member including: (iv-i) a driving force receiving portion for receiving a driving force to be transmitted to the developing roller, the driving force receiving portion being movable relative to the rotatable roller in a direction crossing the rotation axis of the rotatable roller; (v) a supporting portion for rotatably supporting the driving force receiving portion so as to be movable together with the driving force receiving portion relative to the rotatable roller in the direction crossing the rotation axis of the rotatable roller; (vi) an urging member for urging the supporting portion in the direction crossing the rotation axis of the rotatable roller; and (vii) a stopping portion for stopping the supporting portion urged by the urging member, wherein the stopping portion is provided so that a point of contact between the stopping portion and the supporting portion is positioned outside an outer peripheral surface of the photosensitive drum on a plane perpendicular to the rotation axis of the rotatable roller. 16. A process cartridge according to claim 15 , wherein the rotatable roller contacts the developing roller in order to supply toner to the developing roller. 17. A process cartridge according to claim 16 , wherein the developing roller is capable of moving toward and away from the photosensitive drum in a state in which the developing roller contacts the rotatable roller. 18. A process cartridge according to claim 15 , wherein the point of contact is disposed on the plane between the photosensitive drum and the developing roller. 19. A process cartridge according to claim 18 , wherein a plurality of points of contact between the stopping portion and the supporting portion are formed, and at least one of the points of contact is positioned outside the outer periphery of the photosensitive drum on the plane. 20. A process cartridge according to claim 19 , wherein all of the points of contact are positioned outside the outer periphery of the photosensitive drum on the plane. 21.
