The invention claimed is: 1. A composition comprising a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 90% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 33 and at least one surfactant, wherein the surfactant is a non-ionic surfactant. 2. The composition of claim 1 , wherein said composition comprises from about 0.001 to about 0.1 weight % of said polypeptide. 3. The composition of claim 1 , wherein said composition is a granular, powder, solid, bar, liquid, tablet, gel, or paste composition. 4. The composition of claim 1 , wherein said composition is formulated at a pH of from about 5.5 to about 8.5.
