The compound of claim 1 that is: 2-[2-amino-4-(4-aminopiperidin-1-yl)-5-(3-fluoro-5-methylphenyl)pyridin-3-yl]-4-methoxy-1H-1,3-benzodiazole-6-carbonitrile; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof. 3. The compound of claim 1 that is: 2-[2-amino-4-(4-aminopiperidin-1-yl)-5-(3-chloro-5-fluorophenyl)pyridin-3-yl]-4-methoxy-1H-1,3-benzodiazole-6-carbonitrile; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof. 4. The compound of claim 1 that is: 2-[4-(4-aminopiperidin-1-yl)-2-(dimethylamino)-5-(3-fluoro-5-methylphenyl)pyridin-3-yl]-4-methoxy-1H-1,3-benzodiazole-6-carbonitrile; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof. 5. The compound of claim 1 that is: methyl 4-(4-aminopiperidin-1-yl)-3-(6-fluoro-4-methoxy-1H-1,3-benzodiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-fluoro-5-methylphenyl)pyridine-2-carboxylate; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof. 6. The compound of claim 1 that is: 4-(4-aminopiperidin-1-yl)-3-(6-fluoro-4-methoxy-1H-1,3-benzodiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-fluoro-5-methylphenyl)pyridine-2-carbonitrile; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof. 7. The compound of claim 1 that is: 4-(4-aminopiperidin-1-yl)-3-(6-fluoro-4-methoxy-1H-1,3-benzodiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-fluoro-5-methylphenyl)pyridine-2-carboxamide; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof. 8. The compound of claim 1 that is: 4-(4-aminopiperidin-1-yl)-3-(6-fluoro-4-methoxy-1H-1,3-benzodiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-fluoro-5-methylphenyl)-N-methylpyridine-2-carboxamide; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof.
