The present disclosure compounds, as well as their compositions and methods of use. The compounds inhibit the activity of the TEAD transcription factor, and are useful in the treatment of diseases related to the activity of TEAD transcription factor including, e.g., cancer and other diseases.

What is claimed is: 1. A compound of one of the following formulae: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2. A composition comprising a compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 3. A method of therapeutically treating a cancer that is associated with activity of a TEAD-transcription factor, the method comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the cancer is a solid tumor or a hematological cancer. 5. The method of claim 3 , wherein the cancer is prostate cancer, colon cancer, esophageal cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, renal cancer, hepatic cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, cancer of the head or neck, thyroid cancer, glioblastoma, sarcoma, bladder cancer, lymphoma, leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, acute myelogenous leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia, diffuse large-B cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma or multiple myeloma. 6. The method of claim 3 , wherein the cancer is hepatocellular carcinoma, medulloblastoma, cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, esophagus cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, melanoma, or uveal melanoma. 7. A compound having formula: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 8. A composition comprising a compound of claim 7 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 9. A method of therapeutically treating a cancer that is associated with activity of a TEAD-transcription factor, the method comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 7 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 10. The method of claim 9 , wherein the cancer is a solid tumor or a hematological cancer. 11. The method of claim 9 , wherein the cancer is prostate cancer, colon cancer, esophageal cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, renal cancer, hepatic cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, cancer of the head or neck, thyroid cancer, glioblastoma, sarcoma, bladder cancer, lymphoma, leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, acute myelogenous leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia, diffuse large-B cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma or multiple myeloma. 12. The method of claim 9 , wherein the cancer is hepatocellular carcinoma, medulloblastoma, cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, esophagus cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, melanoma, or uveal melanoma. 13. A compound selected from: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 14. A composition comprising a compound of claim 13 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 15. A method of therapeutically treating a cancer that is associated with activity of a TEAD-transcription factor, the method comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 13 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 16. The method of claim 13 , wherein the cancer is a solid tumor or a hematological cancer. 17. The method of claim 13 , wherein the cancer is prostate cancer, colon cancer, esophageal cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, renal cancer, hepatic cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, cancer of the head or neck, thyroid cancer, glioblastoma, sarcoma, bladder cancer, lymphoma, leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, acute myelogenous leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia, diffuse large-B cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma or multiple myeloma. 18.
