An interlock system for a work vehicle includes a controller configured to output instructions to an actuator assembly to control an implement positioned rearward of a chassis of the work vehicle relative to a forward direction of travel. The controller is configured to instruct the actuator assembly to block movement of the implement while an access door positioned on a rear portion of the chassis relative to the forward direction of travel is in an open state.

The invention claimed is: 1. An interlock system for a work vehicle, comprising: a controller configured to: output instructions to an actuator assembly to control an implement positioned rearward of a chassis of the work vehicle relative to a forward direction of travel; instruct the actuator assembly to block movement of the implement while an access door positioned on a rear portion of the chassis relative to the forward direction of travel is in an open state; output instructions to a second actuator assembly to control a second implement positioned forward of the chassis relative to the forward direction of travel; and instruct the second actuator assembly to enable movement of the second implement while the access door is in the open state and while the access door is in a closed state. 2. The interlock system of claim 1 , wherein the controller is further configured to instruct a drive system of the work vehicle to block movement of the work vehicle relative to a ground surface while the access door is in the open state. 3. The interlock system of claim 1 , further comprising the actuator assembly, wherein the actuator assembly is communicatively coupled to the controller. 4. The interlock system of claim 3 , wherein the actuator assembly comprises: a hydraulic actuator configured to move the implement; and a valve assembly fluidly coupled to the hydraulic actuator, wherein the valve assembly is configured to control fluid flow to the hydraulic actuator, wherein the controller is configured to instruct the actuator assembly to block movement of the implement by instructing the valve assembly to block fluid flow to and from the hydraulic actuator. 5. The interlock system of claim 1 , further comprising a sensor configured to output a signal indicative of a state of the access door. 6. The interlock system of claim 5 , wherein the sensor is positioned on the rear portion of the chassis, on the access door, or a combination thereof. 7. The interlock system of claim 5 , wherein the sensor comprises a non-contact sensor. 8. An interlock system for a work vehicle, comprising: a controller configured to: instruct a drive system of the work vehicle to block movement of the work vehicle relative to a ground surface while an access door positioned on a rear portion of a chassis of the work vehicle relative to a forward direction of travel is in an open state; output instructions to an actuator assembly to control an implement positioned forward of the chassis relative to the forward direction of travel; and instruct the actuator assembly to enable movement of the implement while the access door is in the open state and while the access door is in a closed state. 9. The interlock system of claim 8 , further comprising a sensor configured to output a signal indicative of a state of the access door. 10. The interlock system of claim 9 , wherein the sensor is positioned on the rear portion of the chassis, on the access door, or a combination thereof. 11. The interlock system of claim 9 , wherein the sensor comprises a non-contact sensor. 12. The interlock system of claim 8 , wherein the controller is further configured to output instructions to an actuator assembly to control an implement positioned rearward of the chassis relative to the forward direction of travel. 13. An interlock system for a work vehicle, comprising: a sensor configured to output a signal indicative of a state of an access door positioned on a rear portion of a chassis of the work vehicle relative to a forward direction of travel, wherein the access door is configured to transition between an open state and a closed state; an actuator assembly configured to control a position of an implement positioned rearward of the chassis relative to the forward direction of travel; and a controller communicatively coupled to the sensor and to the actuator assembly, wherein the controller is configured to: receive the signal and to instruct the actuator assembly to block movement of the implement while the access door is in the open state; output instructions to a second actuator assembly to control a second implement positioned forward of the chassis relative to the forward direction of travel; and instruct the second actuator assembly to enable movement of the second implement while the access door is in the open state and while the access door is in the closed state. 14. The interlock system of claim 13 , wherein the sensor comprises a non-contact sensor. 15. The interlock system of claim 13 , wherein the sensor is positioned on the rear portion of the chassis, on the access door, or a combination thereof. 16. The interlock system of claim 13 , wherein the controller is further configured to instruct a drive system of the work vehicle to block movement of the work vehicle relative to a ground surface while the access door is in the open state. 17. The interlock system of claim 13 , wherein the actuator assembly comprises: a hydraulic actuator configured to move the implement; and a valve assembly fluidly coupled to the hydraulic actuator, wherein the valve assembly is configured to control fluid flow to the hydraulic actuator, wherein the controller is configured to instruct the actuator assembly to block movement of the implement by instructing the valve assembly to block fluid flow to and from the hydraulic actuator.
