A Chinese medicine extract and preparation method and application thereof. Raw materials of the extract are Artemisia carvifolia and propolis. The extract has an excellent effect of inhibiting CaN-NF-AT pathway and a lower relative toxicity for cells.

The invention claimed is: 1. A method for preparing a Traditional Chinese medicine extract, comprising extracting the raw materials consisting of Artemisia carvifolia and propolis, wherein the mass ratio of Artemisia carvifolia to propolis is 3:5 to 5:3. 2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein a solvent for extraction is one of the group consisting of alcohols, alkanes, chloroform, acetone, water and ethyl acetate, or a mixture thereof. 3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the extraction method is percolation, impregnation, decoction, reflux extraction, continuous reflux extraction, supercritical fluid extraction or ultrasound extraction.
