What is claimed is: 1. A cathode material for an all-solid state battery, comprising: a cathode active material capable of absorbing and desorbing lithium ions; and a coating layer formed on the cathode active material and comprising a first coating layer and a second coating layer formed on the first coating layer, wherein the coating layer includes any one compound represented by the Chemical Formula 3 and the Chemical Formula 4: LiTaO 3   [Chemical Formula 3] LiNbO 3   [Chemical Formula 4] wherein the first coating layer and the second coating layer includes different compounds, wherein a thickness of the first coating layer is about 1 nm to about 100 nm, wherein a content of the first coating layer is about 0.125 wt % to about 0.25 wt % with respect to 100 wt % of the cathode material, wherein a thickness of the second coating layer is about 1 nm to about 100 nm, and wherein a content of the second coating layer is about 0.125 wt % to about 0.25 wt % with respect to 100 wt % of the cathode material. 2. The cathode material for the all-solid state battery of claim 1 , wherein the cathode active material is lithium transition metal oxide. 3. The cathode material for the all-solid state battery of claim 1 , wherein the cathode active material has a hydroxyl group on the surface.
