The invention claimed is: 1. A compound represented by Formulas 2 through 4: wherein in Formulas 2 through 4, (1) L is selected from the group consisting of a C 6 ˜C 60 arylene group; a fluorenylene group; and a divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group; (2) Ar 1 and Ar 2 are each independently selected from the group consisting of a fluorenyl group; a silane group; a C 6 ˜C 60 aryl group; a C 2 ˜C 20 alkenyl group; a C 2 ˜C 60 heterocyclic group containing at least one heteroatom of O, N, S, Si, and P; a C 1 ˜C 60 alkyl group; and a fused cyclic group of a C 6 ˜C 60 aromatic ring and a C 3 ˜C 60 aliphatic ring; (3) X 1 to X 4 are each independently CR′ or N; and (4) R′ is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen; a C 6 ˜C 60 aryl group; a fluorenyl group; a C 2 ˜C 60 heterocyclic group containing at least one heteroatom of O, N, S, Si, and P; a C 1 ˜C 50 alkyl group; and a fused cyclic group of a C 6 ˜C 60 aromatic ring and a C 3 ˜C 60 aliphatic ring; and a C 2 ˜C 20 alkenyl group, wherein the aryl group is an aromatic hydrocarbon not containing a hetero atom, and wherein the arylene group is an aromatic hydrocarbon not containing a hetero atom. 2. The compound of claim 1 , wherein the compound represented by Formulas 2 through 4 are one of the compounds below: 3. An organic electronic element comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic material layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the organic material layer contains the compound of claim 1 . 4. The organic electronic element of claim 3 , wherein the organic material layer is formed by a soluble process using the compound. 5. The organic electronic element of claim 3 , wherein the organic material layer includes at least one of a light emitting layer, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an electron injection layer, an electron transport layer, and an emission-auxiliary layer. 6. The organic electronic element of claim 4 , wherein the compound is used as a host material for a light emitting layer. 7. An electronic device, comprising: a display device including the organic electronic element of claim 3 ; and a controller driving the display device. 8. The electronic device of claim 7 , wherein the organic electronic element is at least one of an organic light emitting diode, an organic solar cell, an organic solar cell, an organic photo conductor, an organic transistor, and an element for a monochromatic or white lighting.
