The invention claimed is: 1. A method for detecting coal quality of coal, the method comprising: (1) selecting a plurality of standard coals with different coal ranks and different ash contents, acquiring Raman spectral characteristic parameters of each standard coal, acquiring characteristic parameters of coal quality components of each standard coal through elemental analysis, calculating a mapping relationship between the Raman spectral characteristic parameters and the characteristic parameters of coal quality components of each standard coal, to establish a relational database of the Raman spectral characteristic parameters and the characteristic parameters of coal quality components; (2) providing a coal sample to be analyzed, conducting a Raman spectroscopy on the coal sample to yield a Raman spectrum of the coal sample, and performing curve-fitting calculation on the Raman spectrum of the coal sample to obtain Raman spectral characteristic parameters of the coal sample; and (3) comparing the Raman spectral characteristic parameters of the coal sample with the Raman spectral characteristic parameters of the relational database, and based on the mapping relationship between the Raman spectral characteristic parameters and the characteristic parameters of coal quality components obtained in (1), determining the coal quality of the coal sample; wherein: in (1), the Raman spectral characteristic parameters of standard coals comprise at least one of the following parameters: peak areas I 2670 , I 2810 , I 3060 , and I 3180 of the wave peak 2670 cm −1 , the wave peak 2810 cm −1 , the wave peak 3060 cm −1 , and the wave peak 3180 cm −1 , respectively; a total peak area S 1 of the first-order Raman spectra and a total peak area S 2 of the second-order Raman spectra, and combined parameters thereof comprising I 2670 /S 1 , I 2810 /S 1 , I 3060 /S 1 , I 2670 /S 2 , I 2810 /S 2 , I 3060 /S 2 , I 2670 /I 2810 , I 2670 /I 3060 , I 2670 /I 3180 , I 3180 /I 3060 , I 3180 /I 2810 , I (2810+3060) /I 2670 , and S 2 /S 1 ; and the characteristic parameters of coal quality components comprise moisture content, volatile matter content, fixed carbon content, ash content, carbon content, and hydrogen content, and correlated ratios thereof. 2. The method for claim 1 , wherein the plurality of standard coals are raw ore coals and each standard coal is a representative coal type. 3. The method for claim 1 , wherein the Raman spectra is spectra are preprocessed in (1) by segmenting each of the Raman spectra into a first-order Raman spectrum and a second-order Raman spectrum, and then removing baselines of the first-order Raman spectrum and the second-order Raman spectrum. 4. The method for claim 3 , wherein a detection range of the Raman spectra is between 600 and 3400 cm −1 , with 600-2200 cm −1 as the first-order Raman spectra and 2200-3400 cm −1 as the second-order Raman spectra. 5. The method for claim 4 , wherein in (2), a total peak area of the first-order Raman spectra is calculated, and the curve-fitting calculation is conducted on the second-order Raman spectra. 6. The method for claim 5 , wherein the curve-fitting calculation is conducted on the second-order Raman spectra using a Gaussian curve fitting calculating method, and a number of peaks is eight. 7. The method for claim 1 , wherein the mapping relationship in (1) reflects a correlation between the Raman spectral characteristic parameters and the characteristic parameters of a single coal to directly determine the coal quality, or reflects a correlation between the Raman spectral characteristic parameters and the characteristic parameters of a plurality of coals to indirectly determine the coal quality.
