What is claimed is: 1. A mechanical shuffler, comprising: a dealing rack comprising a plurality of receptacles, wherein the shuffler is configured to remove and combine a group of cards from more than one of the plurality of receptacles of the dealing rack to define a complete set of the group of cards after the group of cards has been placed into the more than one of the plurality of receptacles; a programmable computer-controlled receiving rack, the receiving rack and the dealing rack being movable relative to each other to enable the receiving rack to place each card of the group of cards into a randomly selected one of the plurality of receptacles in the dealing rack, the dealing rack being configured to simultaneously eject the group of cards from the more than one of the plurality of receptacles of the dealing rack in order to combine the group of cards into the complete set of the group of cards; and a card presentation tray, wherein the shuffler is configured to present the group of cards removed from the plurality of receptacles of the dealing rack as the complete set in the card presentation tray by moving the card presentation tray relative to the dealing rack. 2. The mechanical shuffler of claim 1 , wherein the shuffler is configured to enable removal of the group of cards from the dealing rack as a complete shuffled deck. 3. The mechanical shuffler of claim 1 , wherein the shuffler is configured to enable the removal of the group of cards from the dealing rack as one of an entire deck or as hands for individual players. 4. The mechanical shuffler of claim 1 , wherein the programmable computer-controlled receiving rack comprises a deck-crib for receiving the group of cards. 5. The mechanical shuffler of claim 4 , wherein the deck-crib and the dealing rack are movable relative to one another with a motor. 6. The mechanical shuffler of claim 4 , further comprising a card mover associated with the deck-crib for moving cards from the deck-crib to the plurality of receptacles of the dealing rack. 7. The mechanical shuffler of claim 6 , wherein the card mover comprises one or more drive rollers mounted on a drive shaft driven by a motor for moving cards from the deck-crib to the dealing rack. 8. The mechanical shuffler of claim 6 , wherein the card mover is configured and positioned to engage with a long edge of a bottom card of the group of the cards closest to the dealing rack to propel the bottom card of the group of the cards into one of the plurality of receptacles of the dealing rack. 9. A mechanical shuffler, comprising: a dealing rack comprising a plurality of card receptacles; a card-loading mechanism configured to place each card of a group of cards into a randomly selected one of the plurality of receptacles in the dealing rack, wherein the shuffler is configured to simultaneously unload the group of cards in more than one of the plurality of receptacles of the dealing rack as a complete set; and a card presentation area, wherein the shuffler is configured to present the group of cards removed from the plurality of receptacles of the dealing rack as the complete set in the card presentation area. 10. The mechanical shuffler of claim 9 , further comprising a shuffled card mover configured to move the group of cards relative to the dealing rack to the card presentation area. 11. The mechanical shuffler of claim 9 , wherein movement of the dealing rack is configured to unload the group of cards from the plurality of receptacles of the dealing rack as the complete set. 12. A method of shuffling cards using a mechanical shuffler, comprising: placing each card of a group of cards into a randomly-selected receptacle of a plurality of receptacles of a dealing rack with a programmable computer-controlled card loader; simultaneously removing and combining the group of cards from the plurality of receptacles of the dealing rack as a complete set of the group of cards; and moving the complete set of the group of cards to a card presentation area. 13. The method of claim 12 , wherein placing each card of a group of cards comprises individually transferring each card of the group of cards to a respective single card receptacle of the plurality of receptacles. 14. The method of claim 12 , wherein removing the group of cards from the dealing rack comprises removing the group of cards from the dealing rack as a complete shuffled deck. 15. The method of claim 12 , wherein placing each card of a group of cards comprises individually transferring each card of the group of cards from the card receptacle holding the group of cards to be shuffled to a respective receptacle of the plurality of receptacles, wherein the card receptacle and the dealing rack are movable relative to each other. 16. The method of claim 15 , further comprising moving the card receptacle relative to the dealing rack with a motor. 17. The method of claim 15 , wherein individually transferring each card of the group of cards from the card receptacle comprises propelling the bottom card of the group of the cards in the card receptacle into one of the plurality of receptacles of the dealing rack with drive rollers of the card receptacle.
