The invention claimed is: 1. A method of transmitting a broadcast signal, the method comprising: generating service data of a broadcast service and service signaling information for signaling the broadcast service, the service data including service components included in the broadcast service; generating a service list table, the service list table including bootstrap information for identifying a transport session in which the service signaling information is transmitted: processing the service components, the service signaling information and the service list table into Internet protocol (IP) packets; and processing the IP packets to generate a broadcast signal and transmitting the broadcast signal through a broadcast network, wherein the service signaling information includes a user service bundle description (USBD), wherein the USBD operates as a signaling hub describing technological information related to the broadcast service, wherein the service signaling information of the broadcast service further includes information on a high dynamic range (HDR), and wherein the information on the HDR includes information on a set of HDR parameters for a service component. 2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the information on the set of HDR parameters indicates a combination of at least two of electro-optical transfer function (EOTF) information, bit depth information, peak luminance information, codec information and metadata information. 3. An apparatus for transmitting a broadcast signal, the apparatus comprising: a service data generator configured to generate service data of a broadcast service and service signaling information for signaling the broadcast service, the service data including service components included in the broadcast service; a low-level signaling generator configured to generate a service list table, the service list table including bootstrap information for identifying a transport session in which the service signaling information is transmitted: a transport layer processor configured to process the service components, the service signaling information and the service list table into Internet protocol (IP) packets; and a physical layer processor configured to process the IP packets to generate a broadcast signal and transmitting the broadcast signal through a broadcast network, wherein the service signaling information includes a user service bundle description (USBD), wherein the USBD operates as a signaling hub describing technological information related to the broadcast service, wherein the service signaling information of the broadcast service further includes information on a high dynamic range (HDR), and wherein the information on the HDR includes information on a set of HDR parameters for a service component. 4. The apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein the information on the set of HDR parameters indicates a combination of at least two of electro-optical transfer function (EOTF) information, bit depth information, peak luminance information, codec information and metadata information. 5. A method of transmitting media content, the method comprising: generating media files including information on presentation of the media content, at least one of the media files including a movie block including metadata on presentation of the media file and a plurality of fragments and the movie block further including at least one track block including metadata on a track of the presentation, at least one of the fragments including a movie fragment block for providing metadata on presentation of the fragment and a media data block including video samples for presentation of the fragment; processing the media files into a plurality of segments: and transmitting the plurality of segments, wherein the track block further includes a track header block describing properties of the track, and wherein the track header block includes high dynamic range (HDR) information or wide color gamut (WCG) information of the video samples of the track. 6. The method according to claim 5 , wherein the HDR information includes information on a set of HDR parameters of HDR video samples supporting HDR included in the track. 7. The method according to claim 6 , wherein the information on the set of HDR parameters indicates a combination of at least two of electro-optical transfer function (EOTF) information, bit depth information, peak luminance information, codec information and metadata information. 8. An apparatus for transmitting media content, the apparatus comprising: a file generator configured to generate media files including information on presentation of the media content, at least one of the media files including a movie block including metadata on presentation of the media file and a plurality of fragments and the movie block further including at least one track block including metadata on a track of the presentation, at least one of the fragments including a movie fragment block for providing metadata on presentation of the fragment and a media data block including video samples for presentation of the fragment; a segment processor configured to process the media files into a plurality of segments; and a transmitter configured to transmit the plurality of segments, wherein the track block further includes a track header block describing properties of the track, and wherein the track header block includes high dynamic range (HDR) information or wide color gamut (WCG) information of the video samples of the track. 9. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the HDR information includes information on a set of HDR parameters of HDR video samples supporting HDR included in the track. 10. The apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the information on the set of HDR parameters indicates a combination of at least two of electro-optical transfer function (EOTF) information, bit depth information, peak luminance information, codec information and metadata information.
