A rotation stop shape is visually recognizable through an exposing hole. A relative angle between an output shaft and an actuator lever can be freely set while the rotation stop shape, which is visually recognizable through the exposing hole, is used as the reference angle of the output shaft. Therefore, it is possible to limit disadvantageous variations in a fixation angle of the actuator lever. The fixation angle of the actuator lever relative to the output shaft can be freely changed by using the rotation stop shape, which is visually recognizable through the exposing hole, as a reference angle of the output shaft.

The invention claimed is: 1. An electric actuator comprising: a housing that has an opening portion, which opens in one direction; an electric motor that is installed in the housing; speed reduction gears of a parallel shaft type that is installed in the housing for reducing a rotational speed of a rotational force generated by the electric motor; an output shaft that is installed in the housing and is configured to be driven by the rotational force, the rotational speed of which is reduced by the speed reduction gears; a cover that is installed to the housing, wherein the cover forms a space between the cover and the housing to receive the electric motor and the speed reduction gears in the space, and one end part of the output shaft is exposed from the cover to an outside of the cover; and an actuator lever that is fixed to the one end part of the output shaft, which is exposed to the outside of the cover, wherein: the actuator lever is configured to drive a valve installed in a turbocharger; a cylindrical tubular portion, which has an outer diameter reduced through an annular step surface, is formed at the one end part of the output shaft; a circular hole, into which the cylindrical tubular portion is inserted, is formed in the actuator lever; the housing has an exposing hole, through which another end part of the output shaft is exposed to the outside; a rotation stopper configured to engage a jig plate protrusion to limit rotation of the output shaft is formed at the another end part of the output shaft; and the engaging wall of the output shaft is positioned in the exposing hole. 2. The electric actuator according to claim 1 , wherein the rotation stopper is a groove that is linear and extends across a central axis of the output shaft. 3. The electric actuator according to claim 1 , wherein a plurality of positioning recesses is formed in the housing. 4. The electric actuator according to claim 1 , wherein the output shaft and the actuator lever are fixed together by a swaging technique, which plastically deforms the one end part of the output shaft, or a welding technique. 5. A manufacturing method of the electric actuator of claim 1 , wherein the electric actuator is manufactured through use of a jig, which supports the housing and has the jig plate protrusion, which is engageable with the rotation stopper, the manufacturing method comprising: installing the housing to a predetermined location of the jig; assembling the electric motor, the speed reduction gears and the output shaft into an inside of the opening portion; engaging the rotation stopper to the jig plate protrusion of the jig and thereby positioning the output shaft in a rotational direction in the assembling of the electric motor, the speed reduction gears and the output shaft into the inside of the opening portion; assembling the cover to the housing; fitting the cylindrical tubular portion into the circular hole; and determining a fixation angle of the actuator lever relative to the output shaft and fixing the actuator lever to the output shaft.
