The present invention provides a conductive structure and an electronic device comprising same. The conductive structure comprises a first hafnium oxide layer, a metal layer, a second hafnium oxide layer and satisfies mathematical formula 1.

The invention claimed is: 1. A conductive structure comprising: a first hafnium oxide layer including a hafnium oxide; a metal layer provided on the first hafnium oxide layer; and a second hafnium oxide layer including a hafnium oxide provided on the metal layer, wherein the second hafnium oxide layer further includes a dopant selected from the group consisting of Nb, Zr, Ta, La, V, Zn, B, Si, Al, In and Sn, wherein the conductive structure has mean light transmittance of 80% or greater for light with a wavelength of 550 nm, and wherein the conductive structure satisfies Mathematical Formulas 1-6: 0.12 D eff + ( 1 - 0.06 k eff _ dielectric ) + ( 1 - 0.98 ( d · k eff _ metal ) ) ≤ 0.25 [ Mathematical Formula 1 ] D eff = n eff _ 550 - 1 n eff _ 380 - n eff _ 450 [ Mathematical Formula 2 ] n eff _ dielectric 2 = 1 2 { ( n 1 2 - k 1 2 )
