What is claimed is: 1. A microcapsule comprising a core encapsulated by a metal oxide shell, wherein said core comprises at least one active agent, and at least one phase changing material; wherein the thickness of said metal oxide shell is in the range of 0.02-10 micron; wherein said metal oxide shell is made from (a) metal oxide nanoparticles, and (b) a hydrolyzed and polymerized sol gel precursor, and and wherein said at least one active agent is in a solid form, wherein said at least one phase changing material is not liquid at room temperature; and wherein said core has a viscosity of from about 5,000 cP to about 1,000,000 cP. 2. The microcapsule according to claim 1 , wherein the thickness of said metal oxide shell is in the range of 0.05-1 micron. 3. The microcapsule according to claim 1 , wherein said at least one phase changing material is selected from the group consisting of natural or synthetic paraffin, waxes, aliphatic alcohols, fatty acids, and any combination thereof, wherein said fatty acids have a formula of CH 3 (CH 2 ) n COOH, and wherein n=10-100. 4. The microcapsule according to claim 1 , wherein said at least one active agent is selected from the group consisting of a pharmaceutical agent, a cosmetical agent, and an agrochemical agent. 5. The microcapsule according to claim 1 , wherein said at least one active agent is a dermatological agent. 6. The microcapsule of claim 5 , wherein said dermatological agent is selected from the group consisting of anti-fungal agents, anti-bacterial agents, anti-inflammatory agents, anti-pruritic agents, anti-psoriatic agents, anti-acne agents, anti-rosacea agents, and any combinations thereof. 7. The microcapsule of claim 6 , wherein said anti-acne agent is selected from the group consisting of benzoyl peroxide or a retinoid. 8. The microcapsule according to claim 1 , is stable for a period of between about 2 weeks to about 2 years at room temperature. 9. A composition comprising the microcapsule of claim 1 . 10. The composition according to claim 9 , wherein the thickness of said metal oxide shell is in the range of 0.05-1 micron. 11. A method for treating a skin disease, disorder or condition in a subject in need thereof, said method comprising topically administering to said subject a composition according to claim 9 , wherein said at least one active agent is benzoyl peroxide or a retinoid, wherein said benzoyl peroxide or retinoid is in a solid form; and wherein said skin disease, disorder or condition is selected from the group consisting of acne, psoriasis, seborrhea, contact dermatitis, rosacea, and a combination thereof.
