What is claimed is: 1. A mobile X-ray apparatus comprising: an X-ray radiator configured to emit X-rays; a battery configured to supply power to the X-ray radiator; a battery management system comprising a battery stack monitor circuit that is configured to monitor a condition of the battery and to be shut down based on the monitored condition of the battery; and a controller configured to receive a shutdown signal from the battery management system, monitor a current status of the battery management system for a predetermined time period, and turn off the battery management system based on the monitored current status of the battery management system. 2. The mobile X-ray apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the controller is further configured to monitor at least one of a voltage, a current, and a temperature of the battery. 3. The mobile X-ray apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the controller is further configured to turn off the battery management system if the battery management system is not shut down for the predetermined time period. 4. The mobile X-ray apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a charger configured to supply power to the battery and the battery management system, wherein the battery management system is further configured to be woken up by the power that is supplied from the charger when the battery management system is turned off.
