The invention claimed is: 1. A beverage comprising: a tea polymerized polyphenol at a content (A) of 5 to 140 ppm, and Rebaudioside M (RebM) at a content (B) of 20 to 300 ppm, wherein a weight ratio B/A is 1.0 to 9.0. 2. The beverage according to claim 1 , wherein the weight ratio B/A is 2.0 to 5.0. 3. The beverage according to claim 1 , further comprising a non-polymeric catechin, wherein a weight ratio of the content of the tea polymerized polyphenol to a content of the non-polymeric catechin is 1 or more. 4. The beverage according to claim 2 , further comprising a non-polymeric catechin, wherein a weight ratio of the content of the tea polymerized polyphenol to a content of the non-polymeric catechin is 1 or more. 5. The beverage according to claim 1 , wherein the content of Rebaudioside M (RebM) is 20 to 180 ppm. 6. The beverage according to claim 1 , wherein tea polymerized polyphenol is one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of an epigallocatechin gallate dimer represented by the formula (1): an epigallocatechin gallate trimer represented by formula (2): an epigallocatechin dimer represented by formula (3): wherein R 1 and R 2 is each independently H or a galloyl group; an epigallocatechin trimer represented by formula (4): wherein R 3 , R 4 , and R 5 is each independently H or a galloyl group; and oolongtheanin-3′-O-gallate represented by formula (5):
