A mixed powder for powder metallurgy having excellent green compact strength and ejectability is provided. The mixed powder for powder metallurgy includes an iron-based powder; and a copolymerized polyamide, in an amount of 0.3 to 2.0 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the iron-based powder, having a melting point of 80° C. to 116° C.

The invention claimed is: 1. A mixed powder for powder metallurgy comprising: an iron-based powder; and a copolymerized polyamide, in an amount of 0.3 to 2.0 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the iron-based powder, having a melting point of 80° C. to 116° C.; and graphite powder, wherein the iron-based powder is coated by the copolymerized polyamide and the graphite powder, and an average particle size of the iron-based powder is 70 μm to 100 μm.
