The invention claimed is: 1. A metal touch sensing apparatus comprising: a front panel made of a metal material, the front panel including: a display window defining a plurality of through holes, and at least one touch part disposed at an area adjacent to the display window and configured to display a touch area configured to be touched by a user; a frame that is attached to a rear surface of the front panel and that defines a frame space therein; a cover display received in the frame space and attached to the rear surface of the front panel, the cover display including: an accommodation part, a front surface of the accommodation part being opened, a plurality of second through holes defined at an arear adjacent to the accommodation part, and rail guides disposed at a left side and a right side of the cover display; a display frame including a mounting portion having a plate shape and sliding insertion portions that are disposed at a left side edge and a right side edge of the mounting portion and that are configured to be slid in the rail guides of the cover display; a touch sensor assembly installed on the accommodation part and positioned at the rear surface of the front panel corresponding to the touch part, the touch sensor assembly including: a sensor printed circuit board (PCB), at least one sensor that includes a piezoelectric device, that is mounted on a front surface of the sensor PCB, and that is configured to contact the rear surface of the front panel, and at least one elastic member that is attached to a rear surface of the sensor PCB, that is configured to support the sensor PCB, and that is supported by the cover display, the at least one elastic member being configured to press the sensor PCB in a direction corresponding to a no-touch state in which the touch part generates a base voltage in the at least one sensor, and a display assembly mounted on a front surface of the display frame, the display assembly including a display PCB and a controller disposed on the display PCB, wherein the controller includes: a host controller configured to control operation of the display assembly, and a sensor controller that is configured to process a signal transmitted from the at least one sensor and that is removably coupled to the cover display by a sliding movement of the display frame along the rail guides of the cover display. 2. The metal touch sensing apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising at least one light emitting diode (LED) mounted on the display PCB, wherein the host controller is configured to control the at least one LED to be on or off. 3. The metal touch sensing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one elastic member comprises a pair of elastic members that are disposed at positions facing each other and that are disposed outside the sensor. 4. The metal touch sensing apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising a cable connector that electrically connects the sensor PCB and the sensor controller to each other. 5. The metal touch sensing apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the cable connector comprises: a first cable connector connected to the sensor PCB; and a second cable connector connected to the display PCB. 6. The metal touch sensing apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein the display PCB comprises: a first side portion disposed adjacent to the touch sensor assembly; and a second side portion opposite to the first side portion, and wherein the display assembly further comprises a display terminal disposed on an upper end of the second side portion of the display PCB and connected to the second cable connector.
