Provided are a novel peptide compound, a method of producing the same, and use of the peptide compound. Since the peptide compound has anticancer activity, the peptide compound may be used for the prevention or treatment of cancer.

The invention claimed is: 1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a peptide compound represented by Formula 1 or the isomer, the derivative, or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the peptide compound, and an anticancer drug; In Formula 1, R 1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 20 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 20 alkenyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 20 alkynyl group, wherein R 1 is selectively unsubstituted or substituted with a hydroxyl group, R 2 and R 3 are each independently a C 1 -C 20 alkyl group substituted with —C(═O)NH 2 , R 4 is hydrogen, a hydroxyl group, a halogen group, a cyano group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 20 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 20 alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 2 -C 20 alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 2 -C 20 alkynyl group, a C 2 -C 20 alkylene oxide group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 3 -C 30 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 -C 30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 -C 30 aryloxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 -C 30 heteroaryl group, or a combination thereof, and R 5 is a substituted or unsubstituted benzophenone. 2. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the peptide compound is represented by Formula 2: 3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 , wherein the compound represented by Formula 2 is represented by Formula 3 or 4: 4. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition is for preventing or treating cancer. 5. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 4 , wherein the cancer is lung cancer, colon cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, or breast cancer. 6. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the anticancer drug is irinotecan, 5-fluorouracil, gemsitabin, etoposide, paclitaxel, or a combination thereof. 7. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition is a single composition or a separate composition.
