The invention claimed is: 1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a peptide compound represented by Formula 1 or the isomer, the derivative, or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the peptide compound, and an anticancer drug; In Formula 1, R 1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 20 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 20 alkenyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 20 alkynyl group, wherein R 1 is selectively unsubstituted or substituted with a hydroxyl group, R 2 and R 3 are each independently a C 1 -C 20 alkyl group substituted with —C(═O)NH 2 , R 4 is hydrogen, a hydroxyl group, a halogen group, a cyano group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 20 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 20 alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 2 -C 20 alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 2 -C 20 alkynyl group, a C 2 -C 20 alkylene oxide group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 3 -C 30 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 -C 30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 -C 30 aryloxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 -C 30 heteroaryl group, or a combination thereof, and R 5 is a substituted or unsubstituted benzophenone. 2. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the peptide compound is represented by Formula 2: 3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 , wherein the compound represented by Formula 2 is represented by Formula 3 or 4: 4. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition is for preventing or treating cancer. 5. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 4 , wherein the cancer is lung cancer, colon cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, or breast cancer. 6. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the anticancer drug is irinotecan, 5-fluorouracil, gemsitabin, etoposide, paclitaxel, or a combination thereof. 7. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition is a single composition or a separate composition.
