What is claimed is: 1. A reciprocal treatment device comprising: a housing, a shaft operable to reciprocate along a shaft axis, and an adapter assembly that is removably connected to a distal end of the shaft by a first attachment system, a first treatment member removably connected to the adapter assembly by a second attachment system, a second treatment member removably connected to the adapter assembly by a third attachment system, wherein the adapter assembly includes a main body portion having a top and a bottom, wherein the first attachment system includes a first male attachment member or a first shaft female attachment member on the distal end of the shaft that is removably connected to a second male attachment member or a second female attachment member on the top of the main body portion, wherein the second attachment system includes a third male attachment member or a third female attachment member on the bottom of the main body portion that is removably connected to a fourth female attachment member or a fourth male attachment member on the first treatment member, wherein the third attachment system includes a fifth male attachment member or a fifth female attachment member on the bottom of the main body portion that is removably connected to a sixth female attachment member or a sixth male attachment member on the second treatment member, wherein the first, second and third attachment systems are the same type of attachment system. 2. The reciprocal treatment device of claim 1 wherein the main body portion of the adapter assembly includes first and second arms extending therefrom, wherein the first and second arms each have a distal end, wherein the third male attachment member or third female attachment member is disposed at the distal end of the first arm, and wherein the fifth male attachment member or fifth female attachment member is disposed at the distal end of the second arm. 3. The reciprocal treatment device of claim 1 further comprising a third treatment member that is configured to be removably connected to the third male attachment member or a third female attachment member, and a fourth treatment member that is configured to be removably connected to the fifth male attachment member or a fifth female attachment member, wherein the first and second treatment members each have a first shape, wherein the third and fourth treatment members each have a second shape, and wherein the first shape is different than the second shape. 4. The reciprocal treatment device of claim 1 wherein the first attachment system comprises the first male attachment member on the distal end of the shaft and the second female attachment member on the top of the main body portion, wherein the second attachment system comprises the third male attachment member on the bottom of the main body portion and the fourth female attachment member on the first treatment member, and wherein the third attachment system comprises the fifth male attachment member on the bottom of the main body portion and the sixth female attachment member on the second treatment member. 5. The reciprocal treatment device of claim 4 wherein the first male attachment member includes an exterior surface with at least a first flat surface and a first ball biased outwardly from the first flat surface, wherein the third male attachment member includes an exterior surface with at least a first flat surface and a first ball biased outwardly from the first flat surface, and wherein the fifth male attachment member includes an exterior surface with at least a first flat surface and a first ball biased outwardly from the first flat surface. 6. A method of using a reciprocal treatment device that includes a housing, a shaft that is operable to reciprocate along a shaft axis, and an adapter assembly that is connected to a distal end of the shaft, wherein the adapter assembly includes a main body portion having at least first and second bottom male attachment members or first and second bottom female attachment members on a bottom thereof, the method comprising the steps of: a) removing a first treatment member from the distal end of the shaft, b) connecting the adapter assembly to the distal end of the shaft, c) connecting the first treatment member to the adapter assembly, d) connecting a second treatment member to the adapter assembly, e) using the reciprocal treatment device to treat a subject with the first and second treatment members simultaneously. 7. The method of claim 6 further comprising the steps of removing the first treatment member from the adapter assembly, removing the second treatment member from the adapter assembly, connecting a third treatment member to the adapter assembly, connecting a fourth treatment member to the adapter assembly, and using the reciprocal treatment device to treat a subject with the third and fourth treatment members simultaneously, wherein the first and second treatment members each have a first shape, wherein the third and fourth treatment members each have a second shape, and wherein the first shape is different than the second shape. 8. The method of claim 6 wherein the adapter assembly is configured to be connected to the distal end of the shaft by a first attachment system, wherein the first treatment member is configured to be connected to the adapter assembly by a second attachment system, wherein the second treatment member is configured to be connected to the adapter assembly by a third attachment system, wherein the first treatment member is configured to be connected to the distal end of the shaft by a fourth attachment system, and wherein the first, second, third and fourth attachment systems are the same type of attachment system.
