A card registry system is configured to automatically identify financial card information in one or more credit files associated with a consumer and populate a card registry account of the consumer with the identified financial card information. Once the financial card information has been obtained from the credit file(s), the card registry system may transmit cancellation and/or reissuance requests to the respective card issuers in the instance that one or more cards are compromised, so that the financial cards may be easily and efficiently cancelled and/or reissued at the request of the consumer.

The computerized method of claim 1 , wherein the method further comprises: wherein a a second selection of the credit card accounts are initially selected in the user interface, the method further comprises providing an option for the user to unselect one or more of the second selection of the credit card accounts. 3. The computerized method of claim 2 , further comprising: identifying the second selection of the credit card accounts based on one or more rules provided by the user; for each individual credit card account in the second selection: determining a second contact address of a second entity originating the individual credit card account; and electronically transmitting to the second contact address a request for cancellation of the individual credit card account on behalf of the user. 4. The computerized method of claim 1 , wherein electronically transmitting to the contact address the request for cancellation of the credit card account on behalf of the user comprises transmitting an electronic communication to the entity that is sufficient to initiate cancellation of the credit card account. 5. The computerized method of claim 1 , wherein the contact address of the entity originating the credit card account comprises one or more of a FTP address, an IP address, or an email address of the entity. 6. The computerized method of claim 1 , further comprising providing via the user interface an option for the user to initiate a call to a customer service representative. 7. The computerized method of claim 1 , further comprising: receiving a second selection of one or more of the credit card accounts from the user via the provided user interface; for each individual credit card account in the second selection: determining a second contact address of a second entity originating the individual credit card account; and electronically transmitting to the second contact address a request for reissuance of the individual credit card account on behalf of the user. 8. A system comprising: one or more hardware computer processors configured to: access credit information of a user; identify credit card accounts of the user based at least on the credit information of the user; provide a user interface indicating the credit card accounts to the user; receive a first selection of one or more of the credit card accounts from the user via the provided user interface; for each credit card account of the first selected one or more credit card accounts: determine a contact address of an entity originating the credit card account; and electronically transmit to the contact address a request for cancellation of the credit card account on behalf of the user. 9. The system of claim 8 , wherein a a second selection of the credit card accounts are initially selected in the user interface, and the method further comprises providing an option for the user to unselect one or more of the second selection of the credit card accounts. 10. The system of claim 9 , wherein the one or more hardware computer processors are further configured to: identify the second selection of the credit card accounts based on one or more rules provided by the user; for each individual credit card account in the second selection: determine a second contact address of a second entity originating the individual credit card; and electronically transmit to the second contact address a request for cancellation of the individual credit card account on behalf of the user. 11. The system of claim 8 , wherein electronically transmitting to the contact address the request for cancellation of the credit card account on behalf of the user comprises transmitting an electronic communication to the entity that is sufficient to initiate cancellation of the credit card account. 12. The system of claim 8 , wherein the contact address of the entity originating the credit card account comprises one or more of a FTP address, an IP address, or an email address of the entity. 13. The system of claim 8 , wherein the one or more hardware computer processors are further configured to provide via the user interface an option for the user to initiate a call to a customer service representative. 14. The system of claim 8 , wherein the one or more hardware computer processors are further configured to: receive a second selection of one or more of the credit card accounts from the user via the provided user interface; for each individual credit card account in the second selection: determine a second contact address of a second entity originating the individual credit card account; and electronically transmit to the second contact address a request for reissuance of the individual credit card account on behalf of the user. 15. A non-transitory computer readable medium having software instructions stored thereon, the software instructions executable by a hardware computer processor to cause a computing system to perform operations comprising: accessing credit information of a user; identifying credit card accounts of the user based at least on the credit information of the user; providing a user interface indicating the credit card accounts to the user; receiving a first selection of one or more of the credit card accounts from the user via the provided user interface; for each credit card account of the first selected one or more credit card accounts: determining a contact address of an entity originating the credit card account; and electronically transmitting to the contact address a request for cancellation of the credit card account on behalf of the user. 16. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 15 , wherein a a second selection of the credit card accounts are initially selected in the user interface, and the method further comprises providing an option for the user to unselect one or more of the second selection of the credit card accounts. 17. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 16 , wherein the hardware computer processor is further configured to cause the system to: identify the second selection of the credit card accounts based on one or more rules provided by the user; for each individual credit card account in the second selection: determine a second contact address of a second entity originating the individual credit card account; and electronically transmit to the second contact address a request for cancellation of the individual credit card account on behalf of the user. 18. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 15 , wherein electronically transmitting to the contact address the request for cancellation of the credit card account on behalf of the user comprises transmitting an electronic communication to the entity that are sufficient to initiate cancellation of the credit card account. 19.
