Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for a system for using the block chain distributed network for managing serializability of resource transfers in a process data network. The present invention is configured to electronically receive an indication from a computing system associated with a first user that the first user has executed a transfer of resources with a second user; retrieve information associated with the transfer of resources from the first user; retrieve information associated with a block chain of user information associated with the first user; transmit a notification to a computing system associated with the second user to validate the transfer of resources; receive an input from the second user validating the transfer of resources; and update the block chain of user information with the validated transfer of resources based on at least receiving the input from the second user.

What is claimed is: 1. A system operatively connected with a block chain distributed network and for using the block chain distributed network for managing serialization of resource transfers in a process data network, the system comprising: a memory device storing logic and rules for the block chain; and a processing device operatively coupled to the memory device, wherein the processing device is configured to execute computer-readable program code to: electronically receive an indication from a computing system associated with a first user that the first user has executed a transfer of resources with a second user using a first transaction channel, wherein the transfer of resources executed by the first user comprises a sale of one or more mortgage loans from the first user to the second user; retrieve information associated with the first user, information associated with the second user, and information associated with the transfer of resources from the first user to the second user, wherein the information associated with the transfer of resources comprises information associated with the first transaction channel; transmit to a block chain distributed ledger an indication that the first user has executed the transfer of resources to the second user, wherein transmitting further comprises storing on the block chain distributed ledger, the information associated with the first user, the information associated with the second user, and the information associated with the transfer of resources from the first user to the second user, wherein the block chain distributed ledger comprises past transactions executed by the first user via one or more predetermined transaction channels; analyze the block chain distributed ledger to determine a pattern associated with the past transactions executed by the first user; compare the information associated with the transfer of resources with the pattern associated with the past transactions stored in the block chain distributed ledger to determine a match, wherein comparing further comprises at least determining that the first transaction channel matches at least one of the one or more predetermined transaction channels; authorize the execution of the transaction executed by the first user based on at least determining the match; transmit a notification to a computing system associated with the second user and one or more members to validate the transfer of resources based on the logic and rules for the block chain distributed ledger, wherein the notification comprises a link to a web portal associated with the block chain distributed ledger, information associated with the first user, information associated with the second user, and information associated with the transfer of resources from the first user to the second user; receive, via the web portal, an input from the second user and the one or more members validating the transfer of resources from the first user to the second user; update the block chain distributed ledger with the validated transfer of resources based on at least receiving the input from the second user and the one or more members; determine, based on at least the one or more past transactions executed by the first user via the one or more predetermined transaction channels, that the first user is associated with misappropriate activity; aggregate information associated with the past transactions executed by the first user via the one or more predetermined transaction channels; and record the aggregated information associated with the past transactions in the block chain distributed ledger. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the processing device is configured to execute computer-readable program code further to: electronically receive an indication from the computing system associated with the second user that the second user has executed a transfer of at least a portion of the resources received from the first user, with a third user, wherein the transfer of at least a portion of the resources executed by the second user comprises at least a portion of the one or more mortgage loans from the second user to the third user; retrieve information associated with the first user, information associated with the second user, information associated with the third user, and information associated with the transfer of at least the portion of resources from the second user to the third user; transmit to the block chain distributed ledger an indication that the second user has executed the transfer of resources to the third user, wherein transmitting further comprises storing on the distributed ledger, the information associated with the first user, the information associated with the second user, the information associated with the third user, and the information associated with the transfer of at least the portion of resources from the second user to the third user; transmit a notification to a computing system associated with the third user to validate the transfer of at least a portion of resources, wherein the notification comprises a link to a web portal associated with the block chain distributed ledger associated with the second user, information associated with the second user, information associated with the third user, and information associated with the transfer of at least the portion of resources from the second user to the third user; receive, via the web portal, an input from the third user validating the transfer of at least the portion of resources from the second user to the third user; and update the block chain distributed ledger the validated transfer of at least the portion of resources from the second user to the third user based on at least receiving the input from the third user. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the processing device is configured to execute computer-readable program code further to: determine a payment agreement associated with the transfer of resources between the first user and the second user; receive an indication from the computer system associated with the first user that the first user has executed a first installment associated with the payment agreement; transmit a notification to the computing system associated with the second user to validate the execution of the first installment, wherein the notification comprises a link to a web portal associated with the block chain distributed ledger, information associated with the first user, information associated with the second user, and information associated with the execution of the first installment; receive, via the web portal, an input from the second user validating the execution of the first installment; and update the block chain distributed ledger with the validated execution of the first installment based on at least receiving the input from the second user. 4. The system of claim 3 , wherein the payment agreement comprises a monthly transfer of funds from a financial institution account associated with the first user to a financial institution account associated with the second user. 5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the processing device is configured to execute computer-readable program code further to: receive a request from one or more entities to access the block chain distributed ledger to update the block chain distributed ledger with information associated with one or more transfer of resources executed by the first user with one or more entities; determine that the one or more entities is a member having authorized access to the block chain distributed ledger; enable the one or more entities to access the block chain distributed ledger; receive information associated with the transfer of resources executed by the first user with the one or more entities; and update the block chain distributed ledger with the informat
