A light source device including a plurality of solid-state light sources, and a cooling member having a plurality of cooling surfaces, the cooling member being configured to cool the plurality of solid-state light sources provided on the respective cooling surfaces.

The invention claimed is: 1. A light source device, comprising: a plurality of solid-state light sources including a first solid-state light source, a second solid-state light source, and a third solid-state light source, the plurality of solid-state light sources being semiconductor laser elements; and a cooling member including a first cooling member and a second cooling member, wherein the first cooling member is configured to cool the first solid-state light source and the second solid-state light source, the first solid-state light source and the second solid-state light source being disposed, respectively, on opposite exterior surfaces of the first cooling member, an inlet side of a coolant flow channel of the first cooling member communicating with a first joint connected to the first cooling member and an outlet side of the coolant flow channel of the first cooling member communicating with a second joint connected to the first cooling member are flush with each other, a cooling fluid flows into the first cooling member through the inlet side of the coolant flow channel of the first cooling member and is discharged from the outlet side of the coolant flow channel of the first cooling member, the cooling fluid discharged from the outlet side of the coolant flow channel of the first cooling member flows into the second cooling member through an inlet side of a coolant flow channel of the second cooling member, and the second cooling member is configured to cool the third solid-state light source, the third solid-state light source being disposed on an exterior surface of the second cooling member. 2. The light source apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first solid-state light source emits light, a color of the light emitted from the first solid-state light source being different from a color of light emitted from the second solid-state light source. 3. The light source apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the third solid-state light source emits light, a color of the light emitted from the third solid-state light source being different from the color of the light emitted from the first solid-state light source and the second solid-state light source. 4. The light source apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first cooling member and the second cooling member are connected by a connecting member, the connecting member being connected to the coolant flow channel of the first cooling member and the coolant flow channel of the second cooling member. 5. The light source apparatus according to claim 4 , further comprising: a circulation device configured to circulate the cooling fluid around the coolant flow channel of the first cooling member, the coolant flow channel of the second cooling member, and the connecting member. 6. The light source apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the coolant flow channel of the first cooling member includes a plurality of coolant flow channels formed along an entire inner surface of the first cooling member. 7. The light source apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the cooling fluid is discharged from an outlet side of the coolant flow channel of the second cooling member, and flows into a temperature regulator. 8. The light source apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the temperature regulator adjusts a temperature of the cooling fluid. 9. The light source apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the temperature regulator is a thermos-chiller. 10. The light source apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the semiconductor laser elements of the first solid-state light source and the second solid-state light source are fixed to the first cooling member. 11. An image display device, comprising: a light source; an illumination optical system configured to guide light emitted from the light source to an optical modulation and combining system; the optical modulation and combining system configured to modulate and combine the light emitted from the light source; and a projection optical system configured to project an image emitted from the optical modulation and combining system, wherein the light source includes a plurality of solid-state light sources including a first solid-state light source, a second solid-state light source, and a third solid-state light source, the plurality of solid-state light sources being semiconductor laser elements; and a cooling member including a first cooling member and a second cooling member, wherein the first cooling member is configured to cool the first solid-state light source and the second solid-state light source, the first solid-state light source and the second solid-state light source being disposed, respectively, on opposite exterior surfaces of the first cooling member, an inlet side of a coolant flow channel of the first cooling member communicating with a first joint and an outlet side of the coolant flow channel of the first cooling member communicating with a second joint are flush with each other, a cooling fluid flows into the first cooling member through the inlet side of the coolant flow channel of the first cooling member and is discharged from the outlet side of the coolant flow channel of the first cooling member, the cooling fluid discharged from the outlet side of the coolant flow channel of the first cooling member flows into the second cooling member through an inlet side of a coolant flow channel of the second cooling member, and the second cooling member is configured to cool the third solid-state light source, the third solid-state light source being disposed on an exterior surface of the second cooling member. 12. The image display device according to claim 11 , wherein the first solid-state light source emits light, a color of the light emitted from the first solid-state light source being different from a color of light emitted from the second solid-state light source. 13. The image display device according to claim 12 , wherein the third solid-state light source emits light, a color of the light emitted from the third solid-state light source being different from the color of the light emitted from the first solid-state light source and the second solid-state light source. 14. The image display device according to claim 11 , wherein the first cooling member and the second cooling member are connected by a connecting member, the connecting member being connected to the coolant flow channel of the first cooling member and the coolant flow channel of the second cooling member. 15. The image display device according to claim 14 , wherein a circulation device configured to circulate the cooling fluid around the coolant flow channel and the connecting member. 16. The image display device according to claim 11 , wherein the coolant flow channel of the first cooling member includes a plurality of coolant flow channels formed along an entire inner surface of the first cooling member.
