What is claimed is: 1. A faucet assembly comprising: a faucet body having a base and a neck, the base defining a mounting axis in a direction the faucet body projects from a mounting point; a valve housing projecting from the faucet body between the base and the neck, the valve housing having a bottom surface that is offset above the mounting point; a valve disposed in the valve housing, wherein the valve is configured to rotate about an axis that is parallel to and offset from the mounting axis; and a cap that engages an opening in the bottom surface of the valve housing, wherein the cap is offset above a bottom of the base. 2. The faucet assembly of claim 1 , wherein the valve housing projects perpendicularly from the faucet body. 3. The faucet assembly of claim 1 , wherein the valve is fluidly connected to at least one fluid inlet line and at least one fluid outlet line. 4. The faucet assembly of claim 3 , wherein the at least one fluid inlet line and at least one fluid outlet line are rigid. 5. The faucet assembly of claim 3 , wherein the valve housing comprises an opening configured to receive the at least one fluid inlet line and at least one fluid outlet line. 6. The faucet assembly of claim 1 , wherein the valve is a mixing valve. 7. A faucet assembly comprising: a faucet body having a base and a neck, the base defining a mounting axis in a direction the faucet body projects from a mounting point; a valve housing projecting from the faucet body between the base and the neck, the valve housing comprising an opening; and a valve disposed in the valve housing and configured to fluidly connect to at least one fluid inlet line and at least one fluid outlet line; wherein the valve is configured to rotate about an axis that is parallel to and offset from the mounting axis, wherein the opening of the valve housing is configured to receive the at least one fluid inlet line and at least one fluid outlet line, and wherein the valve housing further comprises a cap configured to engage the opening. 8. The faucet assembly of claim 7 , further comprising a lip extending inward from the valve housing proximate the opening, wherein the cap engages the lip. 9. The faucet assembly of claim 8 , wherein the cap forms a flush surface with the valve housing. 10. The faucet assembly of claim 7 , further comprising an opening defined in the cap, the opening configured to receive the at least one fluid inlet line and at least one fluid outlet line therethrough. 11. A faucet assembly comprising: a faucet body having a base and a neck, the base defining a mounting axis in a direction the faucet body projects from a mounting point; a valve housing projecting from the faucet body between the base and the neck; and a valve disposed in the valve housing and configured to fluidly connect to at least one fluid inlet line and at least one fluid outlet line; wherein the valve is configured to rotate about an axis that is parallel to and offset from the mounting axis, and wherein the at least one fluid inlet line and the at least one fluid outlet line each comprises a first portion configured to extend in the direction of the mounting axis and a second portion configured to extend in a direction that the valve housing projects from the faucet body. 12. The faucet assembly of claim 11 , further comprising a valve connector comprising a plurality of passages fluidly connecting the at least one fluid inlet line and at least one fluid outlet line to the valve. 13. The faucet assembly of claim 12 , wherein: the plurality of passages comprises an inlet passage that fluidly connects the at least one fluid inlet line to the valve; and the inlet passage is configured to reorient a flow of fluid from a direction of the second portion of the at least one fluid inlet line to a direction parallel to the axis of the valve. 14. The faucet assembly of claim 12 , wherein: the plurality of passages comprises an outlet passage that fluidly connects the valve to the at least one fluid outlet line; and the outlet passage is configured to reorient a flow of fluid from a direction parallel to the axis of the valve to a direction of the second portion of the at least one fluid outlet line. 15. A faucet assembly comprising: a faucet body having a mounting axis in a direction the faucet body projects from a mounting point; a valve housing projecting from the faucet body; a valve disposed in the valve housing and configured to rotate about a valve axis that is parallel to and offset from the mounting axis; and a fluid inlet line disposed in the faucet body and the valve housing, the fluid inlet line comprising a first portion extending in a direction of the mounting axis and a second portion extending in a direction that the valve housing projects from the faucet body. 16. The faucet assembly of claim 15 , wherein: the first portion of the fluid inlet line is disposed in the faucet body; and the second portion of the fluid inlet line is disposed in the valve housing. 17. The faucet assembly of claim 15 , wherein the valve housing projects perpendicularly from the faucet body. 18. The faucet assembly of claim 15 , wherein the fluid inlet line is rigid. 19. The faucet assembly of claim 15 , wherein the valve housing comprises an opening configured to receive the fluid inlet line therethrough. 20. The faucet assembly of claim 15 , further comprising a valve connector disposed on the second portion of the fluid inlet line, the valve connector defining an inlet passage configured to reorient a flow of fluid from a direction of the second portion of the fluid inlet line to a direction parallel to the valve axis. 21. The faucet assembly of claim 15 , further comprising a cap that engages an opening in a bottom surface of the valve housing, wherein the cap is offset above a bottom of a base of the faucet body.
