A conductor module includes a wiring member, a plurality of bus bars, a plurality of locking pieces, and a reinforcing member. A plurality of wirings and through-holes are formed in the wiring member. The bus bar is electrically connected to one of two electrode terminals. The two through-holes are formed in a first opposing region opposing one end face between both end faces of the bus bar opposing each other in a width direction with an electrical connection portion where the bus bar and the wiring are electrically connected interposed therebetween. The locking piece is formed integrally with the bus bar, is arranged in the through-hole, has a distal end positioned radially outward of the through-hole, and fixes the bus bar to the wiring member. The reinforcing member reinforces the wiring member, and is formed to surround the through-hole.

What is claimed is: 1. A conductor module comprising: at least two or more connection conductors that are electrically connected to one of two electrode terminals of a battery cell in a battery module having a plurality of the battery cells; a film-like wiring member having flexibility in which at least two or more detection conductors are formed, the detection conductors electrically connecting a connection conductor of the connection conductors and a state detection device detecting a state of the battery cell electrically connected to the connection conductor; fixing members that fix the connection conductor to the wiring member; and a reinforcing member that reinforces the wiring member, wherein the wiring member has a connection conductor accommodating portion accommodating the connection conductor and a through-hole penetrating from a front surface of the wiring member to a back surface of the wiring member, at least two through-holes, including the through-hole, are formed in a first opposing region of the wiring member, which opposes one end face between two end faces of the connection conductor opposing each other in an opposing direction of the connection conductors with an electrical connection portion where the connection conductor and a detection conductor, of the detection conductors, are electrically connected interposed between the at least two of the through-holes when viewed from the opposing direction, the fixing members are fixed to the connection conductor in a state where relative movement with respect to the connection conductor is restricted, are arranged in the through-holes, and have distal ends positioned radially outward of the through-holes when viewed from an axial direction of the throughholes, and the reinforcing member is formed on at least one of the front surface and the back surface, and is formed to surround at least the two of the through-holes when viewed from the axial direction of the through-holes. 2. The conductor module according to claim 1 , wherein the wiring member is formed with the connection conductor interposed therebetween in the opposing direction, at least one second through-hole is further formed in a second opposing region of the wiring member which opposes the other end face between two end faces of the connection conductor opposing each other in the opposing direction, and a second reinforcing member is formed to surround the at least one second through-hole formed in the second opposing region. 3. The conductor module according to claim 2 , wherein, a bent portion, Which protrudes toward one of the front surface side and the back surface side, is formed in the wiring member between the reinforcing members or between the second reinforcing members adjacent in an array direction when viewed from the opposing direction. 4. The conductor module according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of the fixing members is cantilevered from the connection conductor such that the at least one of the fixing members comprises a proximate end, and intermediate portion, and the distal end, wherein the proximate end is directly connected to a body of the connection conductor, wherein the distal end is separated from the body of the connection conductor by the proximate end and the intermediate portion interposed between the proximate end and the distal end. 5. The conductor module according to claim 4 , wherein, in the state, the at least one of the fixing members is fixed to the connection conductor such that: the proximate end is arranged in direct contact with the front surface and is extended, in the opposing direction, from the body of the connection conductor to the throughhole, the intermediate portion is extended, perpendicularly to the opposing direction, from the proximate end through the through-hole and to the back surface, and the distal end is extended, perpendicularly from the intermediate portion at the back surface, from the through hole and towards, in the opposing direction, the body of the connection conductor. 6. The conductor module according to claim 5 , wherein the reinforcing member comprises a resin component added to the back surface of the wiring member, wherein the distal end is extended along the reinforcing member, and wherein the proximate end is separated from the reinforcing member.
