A system includes hardware processors and a token exchange module configured to create a uniquely identified first digital token including an owner ID field identifying the current possessor of the digital token, associate the first digital token with digital content presented to the first user in a mixed reality environment, present the digital within the MR environment, make the first digital token available for acquisition, receive a request to acquire the first digital token, assign possession of the first digital token, via the owner ID field, to the first unique user ID of the first user based on the request to acquire the first digital token, receive a request to transfer the first digital token from the first user to the second user, the second user having a second unique user ID, and changing the owner ID field to the second unique user ID based on the request to transfer.

What is claimed is: 1. A system comprising: one or more hardware processors, and one or more databases, in networked communication with a mobile computing device of a first user, the first user having a first unique user identifier (ID), the mobile computing device providing a mixed reality (MR) environment to the first user, the MR environment being additionally experienced by a group of users; and a token exchange module, executable by the one or more hardware processors, configured to perform operations comprising: creating a uniquely identified first digital token using a blockchain ledger transaction, the first digital token being configured to be solely possessed by a single user, the first digital token including an owner ID field identifying a current possessor of the digital token; and associating the first digital token with digital content using a blockchain ledger transaction, the digital content including content presented to the first user in the mixed reality environment, wherein the digital token includes a transform function configured to modify, using an additional blockchain ledger transaction, a state of a digital token upon occurrence of an event. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the transform modifies the digital token to be in a virtual state and wherein the digital token has one or more attributes that each have a plurality of values. 3. The system of claim 2 , wherein a separate digital token is provided for each combination of the one or more attributes and the plurality of values for each attribute and wherein each separate digital token can be observed in the MR environment and interacted with by a user or another digital token. 4. The system of claim 3 , wherein based on the occurrence of the event, the plurality of values for at least one attribute of the one or more attributes collapses into a single value from the plurality of values, and wherein separate digital tokens associated with a remaining plurality of values for the at least one attribute are eliminated using a blockchain ledger transaction. 5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the transform modifies the digital token to be in a ghost state and wherein the token is observable in the MR environment by other tokens and a user, and is eliminated, using a blockchain ledger transaction, based on an additional event, the additional event including interaction with an additional digital token or user. 6. The system of claim 5 , wherein the transform function changes the state of the digital token from a ghost state to a future state and wherein the digital token remains in the ghost state until it changes into a non-ghost state at a future time. 7. The system of claim 1 , wherein based on the state of the first digital token having a connection to a state of a second digital token, the transform function is configured to additionally modify the state of the second digital token. 8. The system of claim 1 , wherein the first digital token includes a transform function configured to modify the digital content over time based on an event and wherein the modification includes a positive enhancement of the digital content and a degradation of the digital content. 9. A method comprising: creating, using one or more hardware processors and one or more databases in networked communication with a mobile computing device of a first user, a uniquely identified first digital token using a blockchain ledger transaction, the first digital token being configured to be solely possessed by a single user, the first digital token including an owner ID field identifying a current possessor of the digital token, the first user having a first unique user identifier (ID), the mobile computing device providing a mixed reality (MR) environment to the first user, the MR environment being additionally experienced by a group of users; and associating the first digital token with digital content using a blockchain ledger transaction, the digital content including content presented to the first user in the mixed reality environment, wherein the digital token includes a transform function configured to modify, using an additional blockchain ledger transaction, a state of a digital token upon occurrence of an event. 10. The method of claim 9 , wherein the transform modifies the digital token to be in a virtual state and wherein the digital token has one or more attributes that each have a plurality of values. 11. The method of claim 10 , wherein a separate digital token is provided for each combination of the one or more attributes and the plurality of values for each attribute and wherein each separate digital token can be observed in the MR environment and interacted with by a user or another digital token. 12. The method of claim 11 , wherein based on the occurrence of the event, the plurality of values for at least one attribute of the one or more attributes collapses into a single value from the plurality of values, and wherein separate digital tokens associated with a remaining plurality of values for the at least one attribute are eliminated using a blockchain ledger transaction. 13. The method of claim 9 , wherein the transform modifies the digital token to be in a ghost state and wherein the token is observable in the MR environment by other tokens and a user, and is eliminated, using a blockchain ledger transaction, based on an additional event, the additional event including interaction with an additional digital token or user. 14. The method of claim 13 , wherein the transform function changes the state of the digital token from a ghost state to a future state and wherein the digital token remains in the ghost state until it changes into a non-ghost state at a future time. 15. The method of claim 9 , wherein based on the state of the first digital token having a connection to a state of a second digital token, the transform function is configured to additionally modify the state of the second digital token. 16. The method of claim 9 , wherein the first digital token includes a transform function configured to modify the digital content over time based on an event and wherein the modification includes a positive enhancement of the digital content and a degradation of the digital content. 17. A non-transitory machine-readable medium including a set of instructions, the set of instructions configuring one or more computer processors to perform operations, the operations comprising: creating, using one or more databases in networked communication with a mobile computing device of a first user, a uniquely identified first digital token using a blockchain ledger transaction, the first digital token being configured to be solely possessed by a single user, the first digital token including an owner ID field identifying a current possessor of the digital token, the first user having a first unique user identifier (ID), the mobile computing device providing a mixed reality (MR) environment to the first user, the MR environment being additionally experienced by a group of users; and associating the first digital token with digital content using a blockchain ledger transaction, the digital content including content presented to the first user in the mixed reality environment, wherein the digital token includes a transform function configured to modify, using an additional blockchain ledger transaction, a state of a digital token upon occurrence of an event. 18. The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 17 , wherein the transform modifies the digital token to be in a virtual state and wherein the digital to
