We claim: 1. A rolled tissue product comprising a tissue web spirally wound into a roll, the web having a three-dimensional surface topography comprising a plurality of alternating valleys and ridges, the center of adjacent ridges spaced apart from one another at least about 1.7 mm, a basis weight from about 35 to about 50 gsm, a sheet bulk from about 12 to about 20 cc/g and a Surface Smoothness S90 value from about 70 to about 120 μm. 2. The tissue product of claim 1 wherein the tissue web comprises an uncreped through-air dried web. 3. The tissue product of claim 1 wherein the tissue web has a Stiffness Index from about 6 to about 8 and a GMT from about 700 to about 1400 g/3″. 4. The tissue product of claim 1 wherein the tissue web has a GM Slope from about 4,000 to about 8,000 g/3″. 5. The rolled tissue product of claim 1 wherein the tissue web has a GMS from about 14 to about 18 percent. 6. The rolled tissue product of claim 1 wherein the tissue web is a single-ply through-air dried tissue web. 7. The rolled tissue product of claim 1 wherein the tissue web has a Surface Smoothness S90 value less than about 105 μm. 8. The rolled tissue product of claim 1 wherein the tissue web has a Surface Smoothness S90 value from about 70 to about 105 μm, a Surface Smoothness Sa value less than about 22 μm and a Surface Smoothness Sq value less than about 35 μm.
