What is claimed is: 1. A compound represented by the formula or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: one of W and X is N, and the other of W and X is C; R 1 is C 1-6 alkyl optionally substituted with N(R 10 ) 2 ; R 10 is H or C 1-4 alkyl; R 2 is H, F or —OR 2a ; R 2a is H or C 1-4 alkyl; R 3 is C(O)N(R 3a ) 2 or C 1-4 alkyl, wherein said C 1-4 alkyl is optionally substituted with one to three halo or —OR 3a ; and R 3a in each occurrence is independently selected from H and C 1-4 alkyl. 2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. 3. A method for treating rheumatoid arthritis or ischemic kidney injury in a subject, comprising administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, thereby treating rheumatoid arthritis or ischemic kidney injury. 4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the method is for treating rheumatoid arthritis. 5. The compound of claim 1 , wherein the compound is represented by the following structural formula: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 6. The compound of claim 1 , wherein the compound is represented by the following structural formula: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
