The invention claimed is: 1. A label comprising: a substrate; a water-based adhesive comprising a repositionable microsphere adhesive and a second adhesive, wherein the repositionable microsphere adhesive is deposited on the substrate at a location defined by printed contour lines printed on the substrate, and wherein the repositionable microsphere adhesive is deposited on the substrate as a first adhesive bump on a first surface of the substrate representing a first adhesive patch, and wherein the second adhesive is deposited as a second adhesive bump placed on top of the first adhesive bump as the second adhesive, wherein the first adhesive bump and the second adhesive bump are registered for depositing onto at the location on the first surface through the printed contour lines printed on the first surface of the substrate; and, a water-based silicon free release coating formulation applied on a second surface of the substrate, wherein the water-based silicon free release coating formulation includes a combination of a starch, a defoamer, a cross linker, a fluorochemical, a non-silicone release agent, and a catalyst, and the water-based silicon free release coating formulation, wherein the catalyst is approximately 1.61% of a total wet weight of the water-based silicon free release coating formulation and approximately 1.93% of a total dry weight for the water-based silicon free release coating formulation, and wherein the starch is approximately 53.62% of the total dry weight of the water-based silicon free release coating and approximately 35.87% of the total wet weight of the water-based silicon free release coating, wherein the cross linker is approximately 4.02% of the total dry weight of the water-based silicon free release coating and approximately 2.45% of the total wet weight of the water-based silicon free release coating, wherein the fluorochemical is approximately 21.45% of the total dry weight of the water-based silicon free release coating and 35.87% of the total wet weight, wherein the defoamer is approximately 1.61% of the total dry weight of the water-based silicon free release coating and approximately 2.69% of the total wet weight of the water-based silicon free release coating, wherein the non-silicone release agent is approximately 17.37% of the total dry weight of the water-based silicon free release coating and approximately 2.39% of the total wet weight of the water-based silicon free release coating. 2. The label of claim 1 , wherein the water-based adhesive includes a rheology modifier. 3. The label of claim 1 , wherein the water-based adhesive includes one or more defoamers as runnability enablers. 4. The label of claim 1 , wherein the water-based adhesive includes one or more optical brightening agents. 5. The label of claim 1 , wherein the water-based adhesive avoids bonding with the water-based silicon free release coating formulation applied to the second surface of the substrate.
