A sheet processing apparatus includes a binding portion binding a plurality of sheets stacked on a sheet stacking portion as a bundle by deforming the sheets without a staple. The sheet processing apparatus further includes a moving member moving the sheet bundle bound at a binding position by the binding portion from the binding position and a restricting member restricting the move of the sheet bundle such that a distance between the sheet bundle and the moving member is kept to be less than a predetermined distance in moving the sheet bundle by the moving member.

What is claimed is: 1. A sheet processing apparatus comprising: a conveyance portion configured to convey a sheet; a supporting portion on which sheets conveyed by the conveyance portion are supported as a sheet bundle; a binding portion comprising a plurality of tooth portions and configured to bind the sheet bundle supported on the supporting portion without a staple by pressing the sheet bundle with the tooth portions; a first aligning portion configured to be movable in a width direction orthogonal to a discharging direction in which the sheet bundle supported on the supporting portion is discharged, and to abut with a first end, extended along the discharging direction, of the sheet bundle; a second aligning portion configured to be movable in the width direction, and to abut with a second end, opposite to the first end in the width direction, of the sheet bundle; an abutment member configured to abut with a third end, extended along the width direction, of the sheet bundle; and a control portion configured to control the first and second aligning portions and the abutment member such that: (1) a position of the sheet bundle supported on the supporting portion is aligned in the discharging direction by the abutment member with a position where the binding portion executes a binding process to the sheet bundle, and the position of the sheet bundle supported on the supporting portion is aligned in the width direction by the first and second aligning portions with the position where the binding portion executes the binding process to the sheet bundle, (2) after the binding portion binds the sheet bundle, the abutment member separates from the third end of the bound sheet bundle, and (3) the first aligning portion moves in a direction from a side where the first aligning portion is arranged toward a side where the second aligning portion is arranged and pushes the first end of the bound sheet bundle in a state in which the abutment member is separated from the third end of the bound sheet bundle, wherein a position where the first aligning portion pushes the first end of the bound sheet bundle is different from a position where the binding portion binds the sheet bundle in the discharging direction. 2. The sheet processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the control portion is configured to control the first and second aligning portions such that the first aligning portion moves in the direction from the side where the first aligning portion is arranged toward the side where the second aligning portion is arranged in a state in which the second aligning portion is separated from the second end of the sheet bundle, and pushes the first end of the bound sheet bundle. 3. The sheet processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the control portion is configured to control the first and second aligning portions such that the first aligning portion moves in the direction from the side where the first aligning portion is arranged toward the side where the second aligning portion is arranged and pushes the first end of the bound sheet bundle while the second aligning portion is moving in the same direction as that of the first aligning portion. 4. The sheet processing apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising: a discharging tray on which the sheet bundle discharged from the supporting portion is supported, and wherein the abutment member pushes the third end of the sheet bundle when the sheet bundle supported on the supporting portion is discharged. 5. The sheet processing apparatus according to claim 4 , further comprising a stapler configured to bind the sheet bundle by a staple. 6. The sheet processing apparatus according to claim 4 , further comprising a plurality of third end restricting portions configured to restrict a position of the third end of the sheet conveyed by the conveyance portion on the supporting portion, wherein the abutment member is positioned between two of the plurality of the third end restricting portions in the width direction. 7. The sheet processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the control portion is configured to control the abutment member such that: (1) the abutment member moves the sheet bundle so that a position in the discharging direction of the sheet bundle is the position where the binding portion binds the sheet bundle, and (2) after the binding portion binds the sheet bundle, the abutment member separates from the third end of the bound sheet bundle. 8. The sheet processing apparatus according to claim 7 , further comprising a stapler configured to bind the sheet bundle by a staple. 9. The sheet processing apparatus according to claim 7 , further comprising a plurality of third end restricting portions configured to restrict a position of the third end of the sheet conveyed by the conveyance portion on the supporting portion, wherein the abutment member is positioned between two of the plurality of the third end restricting portions in the width direction. 10. The sheet processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the binding portion is configured to bind the sheet bundle at a position in the vicinity of the third end. 11. The sheet processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the binding portion is configured to bind the sheet bundle at a corner where the first end and the third end intersect each other. 12. An image forming apparatus comprising: an image forming portion configured to form an image on a sheet; a conveyance portion configured to convey the sheet on which the image is formed; a supporting portion on which sheets conveyed by the conveyance portion are supported as a sheet bundle; a binding portion comprising a plurality of tooth portions and configured to bind the sheet bundle supported on the supporting portion without a staple by pressing the sheet bundle with the tooth portions; a first aligning portion configured to be movable in a width direction orthogonal to a discharging direction in which the sheet bundle supported on the supporting portion is discharged, and to abut with a first end, extended along the discharging direction, of the sheet bundle; a second aligning portion configured to be movable in the width direction, and to abut with a second end, opposite to the first end in the width direction, of the sheet bundle; an abutment member configured to abut with a third end, extended along the width direction, of the sheet bundle; and a control portion configured to control the first and second aligning portions and the abutment member such that: (1) a position of the sheet bundle supported on the supporting portion is aligned in the discharging direction by the abutment member with a position where the binding portion executes a binding process to the sheet bundle, and the position of the sheet bundle supported on the supporting portion is aligned in the width direction by the first and second aligning portions with the position where the binding portion executes the binding process to the sheet bundle, and (2) after the binding portion binds the sheet bundle, the abutment member separates from the third end of the bound sheet bundle, and (3) the first aligning portion moves in a direction from a side where the first aligning portion is arranged toward a side where the second aligning portion is arranged and pushes the first end of the bound sheet bundle in a state in which the abutment member is separated from the third end of the bound sheet bundle, wherein a position where the first aligning portion pushes the first end of the bound sheet bundle is different from a position where the binding portion binds the sheet bundle in the dischargi
