A method for sharing recorded gameplay of a video game to a social network, includes: executing, by a game console, a session of a video game; receiving, by the game console during the session of the video game, button input from a controller device that is interfaced with the game console; in response to receiving the button input, presenting, by the game console, a user interface configured to enable sharing of gameplay of the video game; receiving, by the game console via the user interface, one or more commands to share a video of at least a portion of the session of the video game to a social network, the video being recorded to a storage device during the session of the video game; sharing the video to the social network.

What is claimed is: 1. A method for sharing recorded gameplay of a video game to a social network, comprising: executing, by a game console, a session of a video game; receiving, by the game console during the session of the video game, button input from a controller device that is interfaced with the game console; in response to receiving the button input, presenting, by the game console, a user interface configured to enable sharing of gameplay of the video game; receiving, by the game console via the user interface, one or more commands to share a video of at least a portion of the session of the video game to a social network, the video being recorded to a storage device during the session of the video game; sharing the video to the social network. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the button input is generated in response to triggering of a dedicated button for sharing gameplay on the controller device. 3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the triggering of the dedicated button for sharing gameplay on the controller device is defined by one of tapping, twice consecutively tapping, or holding, the dedicated button. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the video is defined from a buffered portion of the session of the video game that was recorded prior to the receiving of the button input by the game console. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more commands to share the video include one or more commands to edit a start point and/or an end point of the video. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein sharing the video to the social network includes sharing the video to a social graph of a user associated to the session of the video game. 7. The method of claim 6 , wherein the one or more commands to share the video include one or more commands to edit members of the social graph to whom the video will be shared. 8. A method for sharing recorded gameplay of a video game to a social network, comprising: executing, by a game console, a session of a video game; receiving, by the game console during the session of the video game, first button input from a controller device that is interfaced with the game console; in response to receiving the first button input, recording a video of the session of the video game to a storage device; receiving, by the game console during the session of the video game, second button input from the controller device; in response to receiving the second button input, presenting, by the game console, a user interface configured to enable sharing of gameplay of the video game; receiving, by the game console via the user interface, one or more commands to share the video of the session of the video game to a social network; sharing the video to the social network. 9. The method of claim 8 , wherein the first button input and the second button input are generated in response to triggering of a dedicated button for sharing gameplay on the controller device. 10. The method of claim 9 , wherein the triggering of the dedicated button for sharing gameplay on the controller device is defined by one of tapping, twice consecutively tapping, or holding, the dedicated button. 11. The method of claim 8 , wherein the one or more commands to share the video include one or more commands to edit a start point and/or an end point of the video. 12. The method of claim 8 , wherein sharing the video to the social network includes sharing the video to a social graph of a user associated to the session of the video game. 13. The method of claim 12 , wherein the one or more commands to share the video include one or more commands to edit members of the social graph to whom the video will be shared. 14. A method for sharing recorded gameplay of a video game to a social network, comprising: executing, by a cloud gaming server, a session of a video game; receiving, by the cloud gaming server during the session of the video game, button input from a controller device; in response to receiving the button input, presenting, by the cloud gaming server, a user interface configured to enable sharing of gameplay of the video game; receiving, by the cloud gaming server via the user interface, one or more commands to share a video of at least a portion of the session of the video game to a social network, the video being recorded to a storage device during the session of the video game; sharing the video to the social network. 15. The method of claim 14 , wherein the button input is generated in response to triggering of a dedicated button for sharing gameplay on the controller device. 16. The method of claim 15 , wherein the triggering of the dedicated button for sharing gameplay on the controller device is defined by one of tapping, twice consecutively tapping, or holding, the dedicated button. 17. The method of claim 14 , wherein the video is defined from a buffered portion of the session of the video game that was recorded prior to the receiving of the button input by the game console. 18. The method of claim 14 , wherein the one or more commands to share the video include one or more commands to edit a start point and/or an end point of the video. 19. The method of claim 14 , wherein sharing the video to the social network includes sharing the video to a social graph of a user associated to the session of the video game. 20. The method of claim 19 , wherein the one or more commands to share the video include one or more commands to edit members of the social graph to whom the video will be shared.
