A push arm is coupled to a vehicle frame proximate an intersection of a first side member and a first cross-member. A rear surface of the push arm is located adjacent to a front suspension structure with a gap defined therebetween. The push arm extends forward and laterally outward such that a front surface of the push arm is located outboard of and spaced apart from a front end of the first side member. An energy absorbing structure is positioned within the gap and is attached to the rear surface of the push arm and is spaced apart from the front suspension structure in a non-impacted state. The energy absorbing structure is configured such that in response to an off-center impact event, impact force to the energy absorbing structure pushes the energy absorbing structure into contact with the front suspension structure.

What is claimed is: 1. A vehicle structure comprising: a vehicle frame including a first side member having a front end and extends rearward from the front end; a front suspension structure coupled to the first side member rearward of the front end of the first side member; a push arm coupled to the first side member, a rear surface of the push arm being located adjacent to and spaced apart from the front suspension structure defining a gap therebetween, a front surface of the push arm being spaced apart from and located laterally outboard of the front end of the first side member; and an energy absorbing structure attached to the rear surface of the push arm and positioned within the gap, the energy absorbing structure being spaced apart from the front suspension structure in a non-impacted state such that in response to an off-center impact event against the front surface of the push arm, the push arm imparts impact force to the energy absorbing structure pushing the energy absorbing structure into contact with the front suspension structure. 2. The vehicle structure according to claim 1 wherein the push arm is coupled to the front side member in the non-impacted state via an attachment bracket having a first end and a second end, the first end being fixed to the front side member at a location forward of the front suspension structure and rearward of the front end of the first side member, the second end being fixed to the push arm at a mid-portion of the push arm. 3. The vehicle structure according to claim 2 , wherein the front surface of the push arm is lower than the front side member as viewed from a lateral side of the vehicle frame, with the first end of the attachment bracket being an upper end thereof and the second end being a lower end thereof. 4. The vehicle structure according claim 2 , wherein the first side member of the vehicle frame includes at least one body attachment flange with the first end of the attachment bracket being attached to the first side member below the at least one body attachment flange. 5. The vehicle structure according to claim 2 , wherein the vehicle frame is a rigid, strong structure configured to withstand heavy duty usage, and the attachment bracket is made of a thin sheet metal material configured to support the push arm assembly in a non-impacted state and further configured to release the push arm in response to an impact event. 6. The vehicle structure according to claim 1 , wherein the energy absorbing structure includes a first cup-shaped member having two side walls and an end wall extending between the two side walls defining overall U-shape viewed in cross-section. 7. The vehicle structure according to claim 6 , wherein the energy absorbing structure further includes a second cup-shaped member that also includes two side walls and an end wall extending between the two side walls defining overall U-shape viewed in cross-section, the two side walls of the first cup-shaped member being fixedly attached to the side walls of the second cup-shaped member such the respective end walls of the first and second cup-shaped members are spaced apart from one another and are spaced apart from the front suspension structure in the non-impacted state. 8. The vehicle structure according to claim 7 , wherein the energy absorbing structure further includes a third cup-shaped member fixedly attached to the two side walls of the second cup-shaped member, the third cup-shaped member being spaced apart from the end wall of the second cup-shaped member in the non-impacted state. 9. The vehicle structure according to claim 8 , wherein the first and second cup-shaped members are welded to one another and the second and third cup-shaped members are welded to one another. 10. The vehicle structure according to claim 9 , wherein the energy absorbing structure further includes a pivot bracket that is welded to the rear surface of the push arm and welded to the first cup-shaped member, the pivot bracket being spaced apart from the front suspension structure in the non-impacted state. 11. The vehicle structure according to claim 10 , wherein the pivot bracket is configured and positioned such that in response to the off-center impact event against the front surface of the push arm, the push arm moves the pivot bracket into contact with the first cross-member and imparts impact force to the pivot bracket pushing the energy absorbing structure into contact with the front suspension structure such that the push arm pivots about a contact area between the pivot bracket and the front suspension structure pivoting the front surface of the push arm in a rearward direction. 12. The vehicle structure according to claim 11 , wherein the energy absorbing structure, the pivot bracket and the push arm are removably supported to the vehicle frame. 13. The vehicle structure according to claim 12 , wherein the front suspension structure includes a pair of support gussets that extend laterally outward relative to the first side member, the pair of support gussets being configured to receive a pivot bolt that supports a control arm of a vehicle suspension assembly such that the control arm pivots about the pivot bolt, and the energy absorbing structure being spaced apart from the support gussets in the non-impacted state at least partially concealing and restricting access to the pivot bolt. 14. The vehicle structure according to claim 13 , wherein the energy absorbing structure and the push arm are removably supported to the vehicle frame such that when the energy absorbing structure is removed from the vehicle frame the pivot bolt is exposed. 15. A vehicle structure comprising: a vehicle frame including a first side member having a front end and extends rearward from the front end; a push arm coupled to the first side member, a rear surface of the push arm being located adjacent to and spaced apart from a portion of the vehicle frame defining a gap therebetween, a front surface of the push arm being spaced apart from and located laterally outboard of the front end of the first side member; an attachment bracket having a first end attached to the front side member at a location rearward of the front end and forward of the rear surface of the push arm and a second end attached a mid-portion of the push arm; and an energy absorbing structure attached to the rear surface of the push arm and positioned within the gap, the energy absorbing structure being spaced apart from a portion of the vehicle frame in a non-impacted state such that in response to an off-center impact event against the front surface of the push arm, the push arm imparts impact force to the energy absorbing structure pushing the energy absorbing structure into contact the portion of the vehicle frame. 16.
