To provide a filling device capable of preventing that a filling nozzle is detached before depressurization is performed after filling, preventing a seal structure from deteriorating, and decreasing a risk that hydrogen gas leaks. In filling devices ( 100, 101 ) including a storage tank for storing hydrogen fuel, filling nozzles ( 10, 11 ) for filling hydrogen from the storage tank through a fuel filling system including a dispenser ( 60 ), a filling hose ( 45 ) and so on to an in-vehicle hydrogen filling tank mounted on a vehicle, and a clutch mechanism ( 12 ) for maintaining a connected state between the filling nozzles ( 10, 11 ) and a vehicle side filling port ( 20 ), and are characterized in that the clutch mechanism ( 12 ) comprises a clutch ( 4 ) for fitting the vehicle side filling port ( 20 ) by a recess/projection when the clutch ( 4 ) connects the vehicle side filling port ( 20 ), and a lever ( 5 ) for maintaining the fitting between the clutch ( 4 ) and the vehicle side filling port ( 20 ) by the recess/projection by moving in a direction that the clutch ( 4 ) and the vehicle side filling port ( 20 ) are connected with each other, the lever ( 5 ) having an engaging portion ( 5 B), when hydrogen is filled, the clutch ( 4 ) moves outward in a direction vertical to the connecting direction via a contacting portion between the clutch ( 4 ) and the vehicle side filling port ( 20 ) and engages with the engaging portion of the lever ( 5 ).

What is claimed is: 1. A filling device for use with comprising a storage tank for storing hydrogen fuel to transfer the hydrogen fuel to an in-vehicle hydrogen filling tank mounted on a vehicle via a vehicle side filling port, the filling device comprising: a main body; a clutch engageable with the vehicle side filling port by a recess/projection; a lever translatably coupled to the main body and being configured for maintaining the fitting between the clutch and the vehicle side filling port by the recess/projection by moving in a direction that the clutch and the vehicle side filling port are connected with each other, the lever having an engaging portion; and a sealing body coupled to the lever; the clutch being configured such that when hydrogen is filled, the clutch moves outward in a direction perpendicular to the connecting direction via a contacting portion between the clutch and the vehicle side filling port and engages with the engaging portion of the lever; the lever being translatable relative to the clutch between a first position and a second position, the sealing body extending between the lever and the clutch when the lever is in the first position, the sealing body being separated from the clutch when the lever is in the second position. 2. The filling device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein between an outer surface of the clutch and an inner surface of the lever is arranged an elastic member. 3. The filling device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein in the main body is slidably arranged a rod having a valve element at an end against an elastic member. 4. The filling device as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the rod is configured such that another end of said rod is disposable in contact with the vehicle side filling port. 5. The filling device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a sealing structure positionable between an inner periphery of a vehicle side filling port and the main body. 6. The filling device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein in the main body is slidably arranged a rod having a valve element at an end against an elastic member. 7. The filling device as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the rod is configured such that another end of said rod is disposable in contact with the vehicle side filling port. 8. The filling device as claimed in claim 7 , further comprising a sealing structure positionable between an inner periphery of a vehicle side filling port and the main body. 9. The filling device as claimed in claim 2 , further comprising a sealing structure positionable between an inner periphery of a vehicle side filling port and the main body. 10. The filling device as claimed in claim 3 , further comprising a sealing structure positionable between an inner periphery of a vehicle side filling port and the main body. 11. The filling device as claimed in claim 4 , further comprising a sealing structure positionable between an inner periphery of a vehicle side filling port and the main body.
