The invention claimed is: 1. A vehicle seat comprising: a seat cushion; a seat back; a support portion that supports the seat cushion; and a reclining lock mechanism configured to adjust an angle of the seat back relative to a vehicle body floor, wherein: a state of the vehicle seat is switchable among: a seating state in which a seat occupant can be seated on the vehicle seat, a tipped-up state in which the seat cushion is tipped up, and a dived-down state in which the seat back and the seat cushion are stacked with each other and stored on the vehicle body floor; the seat cushion is rotatably coupled to the seat back via a rotating shaft; and when the vehicle seat is in the seating state, at least a portion of the reclining lock mechanism is disposed between the support portion and the rotating shaft in a seat front-to-rear direction. 2. The vehicle seat according to claim 1 , wherein: the seat back comprises a first operating lever configured to unlock the reclining lock mechanism; and when the vehicle seat is in the seating state, at least a portion of the reclining lock mechanism is disposed between the support portion and the first operating lever in the seat front-to-rear direction. 3. The vehicle seat according to claim 1 , wherein: when the vehicle seat is in the dived-down state, at least a portion of the reclining lock mechanism is disposed at a higher position than the rotating shaft. 4. The vehicle seat according to claim 1 , wherein: the seat cushion comprises a second operating lever configured to tip up the seat cushion to place the vehicle seat into the tipped-up state; the second operating lever is provided at a front portion of the seat cushion in the seat front-to-rear direction when the vehicle seat is in the seating state; and at least a portion of the reclining lock mechanism is disposed at a same height as the second operating lever when the vehicle seat is in the seating state. 5. The vehicle seat according to claim 1 , further comprising: a receiving base that is provided at a vehicle body floor side of the vehicle seat and configured to support the support portion; wherein: the receiving base comprises a concave portion. 6. A vehicle seat comprising: a seat cushion; a seat back; a leg portion that supports the seat cushion; and a reclining lock mechanism configured to adjust an angle of the seat back relative to a vehicle body floor; wherein: a state of the vehicle seat is switchable among: a seating state in which a seat occupant can be seated on the vehicle seat, a tipped-up state in which the seat cushion is tipped up, and a dived-down state in which the seat back and the seat cushion are stacked with each other and stored on the vehicle body floor; the seat cushion is rotatably coupled to the seat back via a rotating shaft; and when the vehicle seat is in the seating state, at least a portion of the reclining lock mechanism is disposed between the leg portion and the rotating shaft in a seat front-to-rear direction. 7. The vehicle seat according to claim 6 , wherein: the seat back comprises a first operating lever configured to unlock the reclining lock mechanism; and when the vehicle seat is in the seating state, at least a portion of the reclining lock mechanism is disposed between the leg portion and the first operating lever in the seat front-to-rear direction. 8. The vehicle seat according to claim 6 , wherein: when the vehicle seat is in the dived-down state, at least a portion of the reclining lock mechanism is disposed at a higher position than the rotating shaft. 9. The vehicle seat according to claim 6 , wherein: the seat cushion comprises a second operating lever configured to tip up the seat cushion to place the vehicle seat into the tipped-up state; the second operating lever is provided at a front portion of the seat cushion in the seat front-to-rear direction when the vehicle seat is in the seating state; and at least a portion of the reclining lock mechanism is disposed at a same height as the second operating lever when the vehicle seat is in the seating state. 10. The vehicle seat according to claim 6 , further comprising: a receiving base that is provided at a vehicle body floor side of the vehicle seat and configured to support the leg portion; wherein: the receiving base comprises a concave portion. 11. The vehicle seat according to claim 6 , further comprising: a receiving base that is provided at a vehicle body floor side of the vehicle seat and configured to support the leg portion; wherein: the leg portion is disengaged with the receiving base when the vehicle seat is in the dived-down state. 12. The vehicle seat according to claim 6 , further comprising: a receiving base that is provided at a vehicle body floor side of the vehicle seat and configured to support the leg portion; wherein: when the vehicle seat is in the tipped-up state, at least a portion of the leg portion is disposed between the reclining lock mechanism and the receiving base in the seat front-to-rear direction. 13. The vehicle seat according to claim 6 , wherein: the seat cushion comprises a second operating lever configured to tip up the seat cushion to place the vehicle seat into the tipped-up state; the second operating lever is provided at a front portion of the seat cushion in the seat front-to-rear direction when the vehicle seat is in the seating state; and when the vehicle seat is in the dived-down state, a lower end of the second operating lever is disposed at a lower position than a lower end of the leg portion. 14.
