What is claimed is: 1. A portable communication device comprising: a display; a housing at least partially accommodating the display and forming a side portion and a rear portion of the portable communication device, a part of the side portion being composed of a conductive member including a first portion, a second portion, a third portion, and a fourth portion, wherein the second portion and the third portion are positioned between the first portion and the fourth portion and electrically connected to ground, and wherein the second portion is extended to a first area of the rear portion and the third portion is extended to a second area of the rear portion; a conductive component located between the second portion and the third portion; a first feeding member electrically connected to the first portion; and a second feeding member electrically connected to the fourth portion, wherein the first portion and the second portion are configured to form a first electrical length for communication in a first frequency band, and wherein the third portion and the fourth portion are configured to form a second electrical length for communication in a second frequency band. 2. The portable communication device of claim 1 , wherein the second portion comprises a first part substantially vertical to the rear portion and a second part substantially vertical to the side portion, and wherein the electrical connection to ground is not in contact with the first part and is in contact with the second part. 3. The portable communication device of claim 2 , wherein the third portion comprises a third part substantially vertical to the rear portion and a fourth part substantially vertical to the side portion, and wherein the electrical connection to ground is not in contact with the third part and is in contact with the fourth part. 4. The portable communication device of claim 1 , further comprising another conductive member forming another part of the side portion, the other conductive member being adjacent to a first ending portion of the conductive member or a second ending portion of the conductive member and electrically connected to ground. 5. The portable communication device of claim 1 , further comprising: a second conductive member and a third conductive member, wherein the second conductive member is adjacent to a first ending portion of the conductive member and forms a second part of the side portion, wherein the third conductive member is adjacent to a second ending portion of the conductive member and forms a third part of the side portion, and wherein the second conductive member is electrically connected to ground. 6. The portable communication device of claim 5 , further comprising: a first slit disposed between the second conductive member and the first ending portion; and a second slit disposed between the third conductive member and the second ending portion. 7. The portable communication device of claim 6 , wherein each of the first slit and the second slit is composed of a non-conductive material. 8. The portable communication device of claim 1 , wherein the rear portion comprises a non-conductive part and a conductive part, and wherein each of the first portion and the second portion is extended to the non-conductive part and is not in contact with the conductive part. 9. A portable communication device comprising: a first feeding member; a second feeding member; a conductive member forming a part of a side portion of the portable communication device, the conductive member including a first portion, a second portion, a third portion, and a fourth portion, the first portion adapted to receive a first signal from the first feeding member and the fourth portion adapted to receive a second signal from the second feeding member, wherein the second portion and the third portion are positioned between the first portion and the fourth portion and electrically connected to ground, and wherein the second portion is extended to a first area of a rear portion of the portable communication device and the third portion is extended to a second area of the rear portion; and a conductive component accommodated between the second portion and the third portion and adapted to perform a specified function of the portable communication device, wherein at least one portion of the conductive member including the first portion and the second portion is configured to form a first electrical length for communication in a first frequency band, and wherein at least another portion of the conductive member including the third portion and the fourth portion is configured to form a second electrical length for communication in a second frequency band. 10. The portable communication device of claim 9 , wherein the conductive component comprises a universal serial bus port, an earphone jack or a camera module. 11. The portable communication device of claim 9 , further comprising: a second conductive member and a third conductive member, wherein the second conductive member is adjacent to a first ending portion of the conductive member and forms a second part of the side portion, wherein the third conductive member is adjacent to a second ending portion of the conductive member and forms a third part of the side portion, and wherein the second conductive member is electrically connected to ground. 12. The portable communication device of claim 11 , further comprising: a first slit disposed between the second conductive member and the first ending portion; and a second slit disposed between the third conductive member and the second ending portion. 13. The portable communication device of claim 9 , wherein the first frequency band and the second frequency band are to be isolated from each other by the second portion or the third portion. 14. The portable communication device of claim 9 , wherein each of the first frequency band and the second frequency band is a same frequency band.
