A conjugated diene polymer having a high content of cis-1,4-structures with a high activity, a conjugated diene polymer and a modified conjugated diene polymer using the same, a rubber composition for a tire, and a rubber composition for a rubber belt. Described are a catalyst for a conjugated diene polymerization including: a non-metallocene type gadolinium compound (A) represented by the general formula (1); an ionic compound (B) formed of a non-coordinating anion and a cation; and an organic metal compound (C) of an element selected from the group consisting of a group 2, a group 12, and a group 13 of the periodic table, a conjugated diene polymer and a modified conjugated diene polymer obtained using the same, a rubber composition for a tire, and a rubber composition for a rubber belt.

The invention claimed is: 1. A conjugated diene polymer composition comprising: a conjugated diene polymer (a) resulting from a polymerization of a conjugated diene compound using a catalyst for a conjugated diene polymerization including a non-metallocene type gadolinium compound (A) represented by the following general formula (1), an ionic compound (B) formed of a non-coordinating anion and a cation, and an organic metal compound (C) of an element selected from the group consisting of a group 2, a group 12, and a group 13 of the periodic table, the conjugated diene polymer (α) containing 95.1% or more of a cis-1,4 structure; a diene polymer (β) other than the (α); and a rubber-reinforcing agent (γ), wherein R 1 , R 2 , and R 3 each shows hydrogen or a substituent having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, O shows an oxygen atom, and Gd shows a gadolinium atom. 2. The conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 1 , wherein the rubber-reinforcing agent (γ) is a carbon black. 3. The conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 1 , wherein the molecular weight of the conjugated diene compound is adjusted with a compound selected from the group consisting of (1) hydrogen, (2) a metal hydride compound, and (3) a hydrogenated organic metal compound. 4. The conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 1 , wherein the conjugated diene compound is a 1,3-butadiene. 5. The conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 1 , which is a rubber composition for a tire, wherein the rubber-reinforcing agent (γ) is included in an amount of 30 to 80 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber components (α)+(β). 6. The conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 5 , wherein the diene polymer (β) is a natural rubber and/or a polyisoprene. 7. The conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 5 , wherein the rubber-reinforcing agent (γ) is a carbon black. 8. The conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 1 , which is a rubber composition for a rubber belt, wherein the rubber-reinforcing agent (γ) is included in an amount of 20 to 70 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber components (α)+(β). 9. The conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 8 , wherein the rubber-reinforcing agent (γ) is a carbon black and/or silica. 10. A modified conjugated diene polymer obtained by polymerizing a conjugated diene compound using a catalyst for a conjugated diene polymerization including a non-metallocene type gadolinium compound (A) represented by the following general formula (1), a ionic compound (B) formed of a non-coordinating anion and a cation, and an organic metal compound (C) of an element selected from the group consisting of a group 2, a group 12, and a group 13 of the periodic table, to form a conjugated diene polymer containing 95.1% or more of a cis-1,4 structure, and then modifying the resulting polymer with a modifier, wherein R 1 , R 2 , and R 3 each shows hydrogen or a substituent having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, O shows an oxygen atom, and Gd shows a gadolinium atom. 11. The modified conjugated diene polymer according to claim 10 , wherein the modifier is one member selected from the group consisting of an amino group-containing carbonyl compound, a halogenated benzyl compound, and an aldehyde compound. 12. A modified conjugated diene polymer composition comprising: a modified conjugated diene polymer (α′) according to claim 10 ; a diene polymer (β) other than the (a′); and a rubber-reinforcing agent (γ). 13. The modified conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 12 wherein the molecular weight of the conjugated diene compound is adjusted with a compound selected from the group consisting of (1) hydrogen, (2) a metal hydride compound, and (3) a hydrogenated organic metal compound. 14. The modified conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 12 wherein the conjugated diene compound is a 1,3-butadiene. 15. The modified conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 12 , which is a rubber composition for a tire, wherein the rubber-reinforcing agent (γ) is included in an amount of 30 to 80 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber components (α′)+(β). 16. The modified conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 15 , wherein the diene polymer (β) is a natural rubber and/or a polyisoprene. 17. The modified conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 12 , which is a rubber composition for a rubber belt, wherein the rubber-reinforcing agent (γ) is included in an amount of 20 to 70 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber components (α′)+(β). 18. The modified conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 17 , wherein the rubber-reinforcing agent (γ) is a carbon black and/or silica. 19. A tire comprising the modified conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 15 as a rubber substrate. 20. A rubber belt comprising the modified conjugated diene polymer composition according to claim 17 as a rubber substrate.
