The invention claimed is: 1. A refrigerator comprising: a cabinet defining a storage chamber therein; a lighting unit provided in the refrigerator; and a door that opens and closes the storage chamber and hingedly coupled to the cabinet, wherein the door includes a panel assembly and a frame assembly connected to the panel assembly, wherein the door defines an insulating space to prevent a heat outside the refrigerator from being transmitted to the storage chamber, the insulating space includes a first insulating space and a second insulating space, wherein the panel assembly includes a front panel made of a transparent material and an insulation panel provided at the rear of the front panel and spaced apart from the front panel, the first insulating space is defined by the front panel and the insulation panel, the second insulating space is defined by the panel assembly and the frame assembly and extended along an outer periphery of the panel assembly, wherein the second insulating space is provided outside the first insulating space and filled with an insulating material, wherein an inlet for injecting insulating material is provided on at least one of the upper portion or lower portion of the frame assembly, at least a portion of the inlet is arranged to overlap an upper side or a lower side of the panel assembly, wherein an interior of the storage chamber is visible through the first insulating space from an outside of the refrigerator when the lighting unit is turned on in a state in which the door closes the storage chamber. 2. The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein at least the portion of the inlet is arranged to overlap an upper side or a lower side of the insulation panel. 3. The refrigerator of claim 2 , wherein the panel assembly further includes a spacer arranged between the front panel and the insulating panel, and wherein at least the portion of the inlet is arranged to overlap an upper side or a lower side of the spacer. 4. The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the frame assembly comprises: an upper frame and a lower frame; at least one side frame that is connected to the upper frame and the lower frame, and that has a length that is longer than a length of the upper frame and longer than a length of the lower frame; and a rear frame that is connected to the at least one side frame and that is in contact with the insulating panel of the panel assembly of the door, wherein at least the portion of the inlet is provided on at least one of the upper frame or the lower frame. 5. The refrigerator of claim 4 , wherein another portion of the inlet is arranged to overlap a space between the at least one side frame and a side surface of the panel assembly. 6. The refrigerator of claim 5 , wherein the panel assembly further includes a spacer arranged between the front panel and the insulating panel, and the side surface of the panel assembly is defined by the spacer and the insulating panel. 7. The refrigerator of claim 4 , wherein the front panel has a size greater than that of the insulation panel, and the at least one side frame is in contact with a rear surface of the front panel. 8. The refrigerator of claim 4 , wherein the inlet is provided on the lower frame. 9. The refrigerator of claim 8 , wherein the inlet is provided on both ends of the lower frame.
